PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE. My parents went into the store in late July to buy an outdoor patio set with a table, chairs, umbrella, and umbrella stand. They picked out a table on display and the store rep sold them the entire set plus a delivery fee of $50 to deliver to it to their house, which was 1 mile away from the store. Total cost with taxes and delivery was $840. Within a month the table and chairs began to leak rust. The rust stained the carpet and deck on which the set was located. I proceeded to contact the store about the defect. After 2 weeks of going back and forth with store reps, they finally were able to speak to owner and the owner said they would give a full refund for the defect. The store manager said they would be picking up the set and then we would have to go in with the receipt to get a refund. The owner sent her employees to the house to pick up the set. I proceeded to go to the store with the receipt to get the refund. THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM BEGAN. The storeowner only wanted to refund my parents $790. She did not want to refund the delivery fee even though they sent a defected table set. She proceeded to say that she was doing us a favor by giving us any refund at all. She mentioned that my parents should’ve known the table would leak because it is an import from china and therefore it is cheap material. She said and I quote, “They got what they paid for”. Insisting that it was a low price therefore it was bad quality. I proceeded to state that my parents did not speak English and therefore when they bought the set they did not know what they were buying because they figured that a store of that caliber would not sell cheap quality items. THE OWNER THEN STATED AND I QUOTE, “WELL THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. I SPEAK ENGLISH.” I FOUND THIS TO BE EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I continued to ask if she would refund the delivery fee of $50 since they only delivered it a mile away and the item was defected and now my parents have nothing to show for paying a delivery fee. She continued to say she would not refund the delivery fee and that we were lucky to get a refund at all. Therefore, please be careful and avoid this store at all costs. They do not care about the customer, and they sell cheap quality imported items as the owner herself mentioned to me. The language remark was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional especially for someone who owns a small business in an area including many different languages with many different people who do not...

CHECK YOUR CHANGE! Despite no changing rooms, and no refunds, I Went in and spent over a hundred dollars. Despite the line that formed from one cashier mistakingly charging someone else for my item, I was giving the place the benefit of the doubt. Gave the cashier two hundred dollar bills. Left happy enough that my daughter enjoyed shopping for her costume. When I got home I unfolded the receipt with the change, checked my change and noticed they shorted me $10 less than should've been. The place is not too far away from me, I figured let me call and they would surely allow me to come in tommorow with my information. When we called the store, the cashier tried saying she wasn't sure if she shorted us, and proceeded to put her manager on. Manager guy was refusing to be helpful, denying at first that we were even shorted. Not only was there no customer service, or friendly demeanor, he actually said "you should have counted the change at the register." and said we would have to wait untill tomorrow after they counted the register, but still refused to take our information. I remained on the line and asked, "so what you're saying is, despite me knowing for a fact I was shorted, if the register does not have an extra ten inside, I've just lost ten dollars?" Which he said yes, and I replied "ohhhh so your robbing people...?" to which he took offense and proceeded to get angry and huff and puff on the phone like an immature teenager and stated "you know what I don't feel like arguing with you I will give you ten dollars out of my pocket come your ten dollars" and I replied that I would be there shortly to his obvious surprise. It was more the principle of the matter at this point, I drove back. To his credit he gave me my ten, but only after attempting to get out of it one more time and having me state my case again. He seemed to be wanting to avoid this very review. CHECK YOUR CHANGE ! To the owner! : hire friendly people, make a changing booth, and change your bs return policy. If we can't even check to see if it fits, how can we buy things in confidence? Have some common sense, and Get...

I know they are getting ready for the holiday season and a lot of their merchandise is not out yet. I've always enjoyed shopping there. Today I must say the staff was extremely rude. I heard two employees complain about an elderly women asking thru the window if they were open. Apparently she was unable to find the main entrance in the back. Then they proceeded to talk about their boss and what she wanted displayed in a not so nice manner. Mind you customers are listening to this. And then to top it off a women decorating the Christmas trees yelled at another poor women just feeling the cloth ornament on a tree. Very very rude this staff member. The owner should really talk to the staff and advise them to be a little bit more nicer to good paying customers. The cashier was not so nice either. This women asked when did you move the store and she rudely stated "like two years ago" they need to be a little bit more JOLLY during this season and not so...
