Love the convenience of the store, but if I could get certain items from somewhere else. I wouldn't shop there. Because customer service is lacking. The staff at the registers ( the younger ones) rarely know the sales, which causes them to question you when you bring it to their attention. The more mature ladies are usually great. There is alot of gossiping about the customers especially in the back floral department. The employees male and female who walk around stocking or working the floor are so unfriendly , I personally don't like asking any questions. I could go on, but I won't. I usually don't write bad reviews, but I thought long and hard about this one. My recent experience there was the last straw. Went in to buy flowers and ribbon for a wreath. Asked guy in the back (Jimmy) what color ribbon would match the material I had brought in. He told me he wasn't sitting there to match ribbon. I smiled and said OK. He said let me see it and finally helped look for ribbon. After he said that I was starting to walk out the door. So everybody, Just walked into this business, after running all over town looking for a huge cookie jar. Asked if I could use their bathroom before I began to shop and a Male employee proceeds to tell me they dont have one. Then says its broken!! Really do they think everyone is as dumb as they look by saying such a thing.
