Went there because I didn't have a washer and dryer and couldnt afford to buy one. They were helpful and got me right into a contract. I couldn't hear what he really said since he talks extremely fast. But I needed it bad so I signed. Couple days later stuff showed up including the tv I picked out while I was there. Total monthly 140. Not bad. Had a rough period in my life a got a little behind. They called relentlessly 4 times a day. To the point that I didn't awnser my phone. In 3 days I had 14 voicemails from them. Again couldn't understand what they say. Talking really fast. Have to listen 4 times to hear. I stopped listening to my voicemails all together. Ended up paying roughly 3-4x the actual cost of item. Pretty much, I wouldn't recommend any rent to own store. But this one..... horrible. They harass you with a ton of phone calls. They call a week be for payment was due asking for it. And when you do pay, they act like they are so much better than you. Not friendly. You walk in they don't smile. They have a huge in store and online selection to shop from, have new items and pre-owned pricing which makes big purchases sensible to fit any array of people's budgets. And best of all, their customer service is unmatched in comparison, and I always leave the store glad that I chose them to do business with. The quality of the items that I have purchased has hold-up to heavy traffic of kids and pets in a busy household, and the one time that I had to use my warranty on an appliance Aaron's was helpful and attentive with my needs, and helped me to get my warranty repairs made as quickly as possible. After months of perfect payments and no problems we asked if we could continue our $380 a month rental agreement in another city where he has a customer. He said she's been with the company for a long time but he told us no because he "didn't trust us" (said that to our faces). a proper manager would have said that we were ok but they are leaving the area (they closed a store there) and are not willing to add customers that far away. That would have been acceptable but instead he said he didn't trust us when he had nothing to complain about us.
