Summit Pizza Cafe — Restaurant in Union City

Ordered a medium pie with pepperoni from this establishment. When I got home I looked at the pamphlets that were given out with my pie and saw that it stated a medium pie was $11.95 and with toppings $2.50 extra so 14.45 not including tax. I also ordered two sodas my total came out to $20 and some change so I was confused since the sodas were listed as a dollar each. If going off of the pamphlet my order total should of been $17.00 give or take with tax not $20. So I called the restaurant to ask about the differences in prices the man on the phone procceeded to yell at me on the phone and tell me they changed their prices. So I said they should not be giving out old pamphlets then since I legit thought I was being overcharged based on that. I was told “that’s not going to happen we have like 2000 of these pamphlets.” I said that maybe you should amend the prices on the pamphlets by hand since it was dead when I went which means there is a lot of free time going around in there so that they won’t have this problem occur again. The guy rudely told me I was the first person who called to complain about prices and then hung up. I will not be ordering from this establishment again not just because how rude the guy was on the phone to me but also because when I went to pick up my pie he was on the phone talking about how he was not and did not plan to get vaccinated. After coming to New Jersey, I explored a lot, but I don’t feel like giving ratings to anyone . You’re the first One getting ratings from me in New Jersey.

I’m impressed with your history of making or running pizzeria and cafe, I can imagine how many operations of people you saw how many generations of customers are coming to your shop or restaurant, keep doing it and all the best.

Coming to the most exciting part that’s pizza, I wish I could eat meat on those days but I can easily tell How yummy your pizzas are going to be.

Items I tried are

Pure special vegetables pizza.

Vegetable Soup with a nice bread.

I am so much excited to try your chicken pizzas.

The good thing about your pizza is the way you are passionate about making them and also your crust is so yummy, Thanks to your tomb style pizza making equipment.

That’s a good thing to have, I definitely recommend this place to try it out for lot of items too.

If any new people are visiting to this surroundings and looking for pizza then Summit Pizza cafe is good.

Feedback

I want you to add more base sauces and also dipping sauces.

I want you to add Mini pizza like an 8inch as well.

I want you to try to reduce the food serving time to make customers happy.

Now it seems, I have to come a little out of character. I ordered from this pizzeria all the time because I thought in the beginning the owner.Was nice he has a self-centered disrespectful girl who answers the phone who everybody has an issue with cause she rude read the reviews I had a problem with her today she sent me a drink that I told her I did not want because my daughter is allergic to anything that has kiwi and she sent me the drink when I told her we don’t want it send a soda orange In stead the witch don’t let you finishing talking hangs up and when I called to let the owner know his response was I’m always complaining about her so it kind of shows you that this owner Doesn’t reprimand this girl when obviously all the reviews are about her, to literally tell a customer who orders faithfully all the time there, your girl is rude, and you have the audacity to tell me I always complain about her just shows that the owner is not for his customers but he still tends to keep her into somebody waits for her outside and kicks her goddamn ass she’s rude and disrespectful never ordering from them again very sad that I’m gonna stop ordering from them because their girl is rude and it almost sounds like he was defending her.
