#TheWashroomExperience!
When you think of visiting a premium outlet, you’re likely drawn by the promise of unbeatable deals, high-end brands, and an unparalleled shopping experience. At Charlotte Premium Outlets, all of this holds true and then some!
With discounts on a plethora of premium brands like Nike, Coach, Michael Kors, and more, it’s no wonder shoppers here radiate joy. Adding to this delight is the cherry on top: an additional 15% discount for new visitors and students, making an already affordable luxury even more accessible.
But as someone who pays attention to detail, my recent visit left me marveling at something I didn’t expect the impeccable design and functionality of the men’s washrooms. Yes, you heard that right.
Here’s why this seemingly mundane facility deserves a shoutout: • Thoughtful Design for Privacy and Comfort: The urinals were spacious yet compact, masterfully blending privacy and efficient use of space. The cleverly designed partitions ensured that even in close quarters, there was no compromise on personal comfort. • Innovative Spray-Prevention: The urinals featured an ingenious design to eliminate any chance of spray, a detail often overlooked in high-traffic spaces. It was reassuring to know that cleanliness extended beyond surface appearances. • Cleanliness and Automation: The washroom was immaculately maintained, with sensors for dispensing water, soap, and air drying. These small touches of modernity elevated the experience and ensured hygiene without the hassle.
Not to be outdone, my fellow female colleagues who joined me for the shopping felt their washrooms were equally well-maintained and clean. This is undoubtedly a prime consideration for anyone spending a long day shopping, as it ensures comfort and peace of mind throughout the visit.
What struck me most was how this level of thoughtfulness mirrored the overall ambiance of the outlet. It’s clear that Charlotte Premium Outlets doesn’t just focus on retail therapy it values the entire customer experience, right down to the smallest details.
And while I may have initially come for the discounts and brands, I left appreciating the holistic approach to making every visit memorable. Whether you’re there to snag deals on top-tier fashion or just enjoy a day out, this spot checks all the boxes—and then some.
To my fellow shoppers (especially students): Don’t forget to inquire about the extra 15% discount, because who doesn’t love saving a little more? And while you’re there, take a moment to appreciate the washrooms you may just find yourself writing a review...
Read moreI visited the outlets this past weekend with family and we were able to get majority of our back to school shopping completed.
The pros: great sales in some of the stores, with a large selection of familiar brands. Many of restroom available for the large crowds of shoppers which I was very appreciative about! The restrooms were clean as well. Absolutely a great set of staff in the coach store. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I also want to spotlight the staff members in the famous footwear, Tommy Hilfiger, as well for being so friendly and professional. The Aunt Annie’s was delicious and the staff was very nice. I think the supervisor should be spotlighted for her professional while dealing with a few customers that were so nice to her. She still maintained her professionalism and continued to do her job.
The cons: Many of the stores just had staff standing around but no one was asking anyone if they need assistance or even a hello or smile when walking in (“Bath & Body Works” & “Lids” are a perfect example.) Bath & Body Works: Absolutely no hello, no help on the sales floor to assist with questions, but there was 5 people behind the registers. So that was not a good experience and I will not go back into that store for sure. Although these outlets sell similar brands as many of other outlets this mall just isn’t one I need to revisit. I feel that it was a nice experience but also dealing with the energy of rude staff throughout some of the shops just left a bad taste in my mouth. Also the sales were decent but not great!! I found some better prices in a nearby traditional mall; and also prefer to shop where customer service is still a top priority and valued. Maybe the experience would be better on a weekday or time where there is less of a crowd and staff have more time to engage or be of assistance. However I traveled really far to experience these outlets and I am just left feeling like “okay I seen what they have to offer but I could also find these items and better service in another...
Read moreI have been to this outlet for many many time because of my business. I really like the place and really liked to shop here. I really had no complain about this place until me and my friend received unfair/discriminate treatment from their customer service manager who's name is India Johnson. When we arrived at the customer service center around 1:35pm, she is eating lunch and made us waited for almost half an hour. When she finally done with her lunch and return to work, she gave us the we owed her a lot of money look. According to the outlet promotion, each customer who spends 250 at selected stores can receive a 25 dollar gift card of select stores. Me and my friends shop together spent over 500, however, she refused to give my friend her gift card because she insisted that her receipt has my name/which the rule has no where found that they have to check the customer's name on the receipt( which only coach put the customer name on the receipt) My friend just got in this country and doesn't speak much English, neither does her 13 year old son. Even the little boy told me that he felt that he was been discriminate by India because he saw that she had different face towards other race of customers. After all, we don't care about the gift card anymore. What we need is her apologe and hopefully the people in charge of the outlet customer service could have a fair responds to this. I hope the nice place could have nice people who loves their...
