Me my wife and children came here before and spent 30$ and there was 2 wonderful ladies that were there keeping up with my 2 energetic children helping them out when possible. We left with no less than 10 plushies. Today we come in and it’s only one man working and I was already skeptical because he was not as energetic as the last staff members. We spent 50$ and got additional 10 tokens plus brought the tokens that we had left over from last visit… we left with 3 plushies that was intact and 1 that busted and the cotton is falling out. The male staff member did not bother to come from behind the counter. I asked was it standard to help children out when they aren’t winning anything he stated “yes” but didn’t come from behind the counter until I ask him could he assist. He was very boring and not helpful at all. I just know when the energy from the door is bad just come back another day!! When we left my daughter said “mom where are the girls I liked them better”

Replying to response from owner* We left with 4 plushies and one was falling apart. The worker did not move from behind the counter if you watched your cameras until we asked. Also a coupon was indeed present on my phone. On your camera you should have been able to see that he didn’t give them to me until I shown him my phone. Unsatisfied! I spent $60 on coins for my family to win 2 keychains and one plush. When family commented to shop worker that it dropped nearly everything picked up, and that the one we go to in Henderson is much more affordable based on winning. He states “your not going to win everytime, it’s like a slot machine” well NO sir I’m not trying to win back hundreds of dollars I’m trying to have my family enjoy the $60 dollars I just spent to get knock off novelty plushies. Nothing there seemed of amazing quality to write home about and the one thing they look forward to is trading up to something a little better but with 3 prizes with my family and maybe 5 in another $60-100 spent with rest of family it was enough to combine and make sure everyone enjoyed. So with his retort I stated I understand you won’t win every time but several of the machines claws didn’t drop low enough to touch the remaining prizes in machine as well as a key chain one where if grabbed item the thing dangled lower then ledge of prize chute so you couldn’t win. And he waited till I walked away to mutter something at me and my wife heard that much. End of day I can afford to buy whatever from a store but like to do things like this as family lives out of town and when they come in there’s only so many places to go. But I will take my money to somewhere that’s a little friendlier next time.

Super cute place! I love that they had a little Photo Booth with cute frames to choose from. At first, we were spending a lot of tokens and weren’t winning anything but the nice girl at the counter came up and saw my daughter’s sad faces and helped them learn how to win. From then on, they were able to win quite a few little goodies. They loved that they could trade in their winnings for labubus lafoofoos and lots of other cool behind the counter treats. They do guarantee that the kids will win something with at least every $10 purchase. I don’t know what the lady that left one star in here was talking about because the girl behind the counter explain to me that as long as the kids didn’t share their tokens, whatever each kid paid counted towards the $10 guarantee. We really liked the girl behind the counter even my daughter ran up and gave her a hug before we left. It was really cute. I’m a little upset about whoever left them one star because honestly lady every other person left them five stars and that brought them way down when they should be at least a 4.9 to 5 stars review! Thank you again so much. We really enjoyed our stay And will be back again if ever we’re visiting on this...
