Las Pupusas — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Bad customer serviced people that's goes there steal I don't know if employees or the person that cleans took it .breakfast or lunch everyday for a week last week I made a mistake and I left my chargers in there when I got back I found only one charger because I was asking that waitress I forgot my charger so she only returned one I asked her for the other one she said I don't know I I told her to check around and then she told me a customer stole maybe I say how that can be okay with a customer coming over here and take things from this restaurant it seems like it's been happening for quite a while because you guys are really okay with that really freshly they tell you that so they were trying to convince me to let it go if a customer took it and I said no I want to speak with the manager I want to see the camera so we can identify that person . They told me I left really upset I was having some tacos on that day end with stomach cramp after that for horrible moment . when you an adult and things like that happened you feel so disrespected and the next day I went back for breakfast and the manager told the waitress do not allow me in when I walk inside the waitress wait until the restaurant was full of people to tell me to get out of the restaurant or they were going to call the police I should have called the police for then to be covering robbers. I was upset because I lost my charger there. They are okay with that .more upset for having the waitres yelling at me in the middle of people like if I was a criminal and she didn't even notice that I was an adult and doing those type of things are really dirty.I believe sometimes they do things on purpose just for you to give them a review or for you for them to be notice just to...

When we walked in we were seated and the restaurant is huge so no problem with dining more than 6 ft apart and at 25% capacity during this time of COVID.

The service was horrible. Ordered a bottle of coke and it was given to us but we wanted ice. She said sure, she'll get it and never came back. I finally went up to the counter because she was chit chatting with another employee and my cup of ice was by the ice maker. Errr!!!

Food: Pupusas with pork Pechuga de Pollo Asada Salpicon - ground rib eye- served cold

I was not a fan of the food. The pupusas was oily but had a good flavor. The chicken plate was ok. Seemed like there was no seasoning on the chicken but the beans were the best item. The salpicon was a bit strange as I wasn't sure if this dish should've been served hot. It was cold. I didn't like the taste of ingredients used.

I have been calling to make an order by phone and 55 mins before they close, they stop answering the phone. First they answer and act like it's not working and they hang up. We keep calling and now the phone is just busy or they just left it like that so people won't make orders by phone. Also most of the ladies working there have an attitude and I mean if you don't want to work there and be at least happy, then why work there and give bad customer service. You should be glad that you have customers. Even if the orders take longer than what they tell you. The pupusas are good. It's just their customer service that is not ok with me and other customers. I went inside to order at 8:00pm and they said that they weren't taking orders anymore. They were only taking care of the orders they had there before 8pm. They closed at 9pm.
