Ojos Locos Sports Cantina — Attraction in North Las Vegas

The Ojos Locos Hotel & Casino towed my friends Van....while she parked in the designated Handicapp parking spot, her Van was towed & is currently IMPOUNDED, & Unable to afford the outrageous $$$$ to get vehicle out, My friend is Disabled...& A Widow, still mourning the death of her husband, struggling with her own health issues,..(ADA) Americans with Disabilities Act, Unfairly treated, & Discriminated upon, My Elderly Disabled Widow friend "J" is a current Handicapp Pass holder, prescribed by her Doctor , Valid Handicapp Pass kept in the Van at all times, as Directed...fell off the rearview mirror as the wind blew, it to the floor & out of sight...causing my Van to be Towed...leaving her without a Vehicle, she is just distraught & her Rights have been violated as {ADA) protects Americans with Disabilities, the Right to Park there Vehicle, in the designated parking Stalls....without being Humiliated, Discriminated...&DisRespected...& VIOLATED... .causing unnecessary Burdens & Delays, without a Vehicle , my friend cant get to her Dr Appointments , & went by ambulance to Hospital....on a fixed income, there is No Possible Way to Pay the $$$ to get her Van out of impound, this is UNFAIR, & UNJUST treatment to a Disabled Elderly person, who parks her van , to spend a few hours in your establishment , only to be Terrified with the Reality of Loosing. her transportation, without a Vehicle ...Active Handicapp Pass, prescribed by the doctor.... Her Rights have been Violated & Now her Van must be returned back in her possession, with No Charges, Fees or Penalty, immediately released from IMPOUND...& available...

My daughter came to pick me up she was in a hurry, so was only 5-10 minutes to get me to the van I'm disabled, she thought she put up the handicap sign .or it fell in a rush , anyway came out, van was gone, no warning , no announcement to move said vehicle, just towed away, now have to pay $556.51 to get my van back This is the second time this happened to me there, the first time it was windy and a gust of wind blew the handicap sign off and I didn't notice it. And wad stranded for 3 hours before I could get a ride home. I told the tow company what happened they said if it's not visible it gets towed. I have seen the tow truck before sit and watch for a handicap person to screw up and tow their vehicle. With no warning. You would think someone would anounce vehicle in handicap space needs sign or move the vehicle. At least the innocent people can correct t the mistake. I'm going to file a case against the tow company if that don't work I'll get ojo locos for letting it happen ,you would think security would announce if a vehicle is possibly going to be towed. I don't think I'll be going back there anymore. The manager told me some one didn't see the handicap and was unloading thier car for their reservation there came back out and car had been towed. So they are aware of the problem and have done nothing to stop or help...

Gambling after 3am not one waitress is around. I play an older slot machine then when I go to cash out it runs out of paper, no big deal right?
