Things Outlet — Attraction in North Olmsted

I used to love this store,great deals and friendly staff..but my recent experience with an employee named “Dina” was incredibly disappointing. She carries an entitled attitude that’s hard to ignore.

Yesterday I called about an item mistakenly added to my receipt, and no one mentioned that I needed to bring the items back. When I arrived, Dina rudely told me to “go back and get the stuff.” When I pointed out her tone, she snapped that I was the rude one.

I returned today, May 9th, around 3:35 PM (noting this for the owner in case they want to review footage). After counting the items, Dina tossed my refund at me and refused to help bag the items she had just opened—even though I was holding my baby. Thankfully, another kind employee stepped in.

I wasn’t planning to leave a review because most of the staff has been great, but this level of disrespect twice in a row can’t be ignored. I don’t know if Dina is related to the owner, but behavior like this will drive loyal customers away. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be sharing my experience...

horrible. i don’t know what’s going on with this place but it was a mess today. haven’t been back in 3 months since having a baby and i was so disappointed. bins barely had anything in them. the place itself was a disaster. stuff everywhere. barley room to move down isles. couldn’t even get to the front corner because of so much clutter. disassembled shelves just sitting in the way and on the floor. constantly bumping into people because there is stuff everywhere. and the prices, ridiculous for some things. any other liquidation things would’ve been half the price. asked about a price on something because it had a bed bath and beyond price on it and it was still that price. i thought this was a liquidation? they used to have nice, rather expense things in the glass cabinet and there wasn’t anything worth looking at. the employees definitely aren’t as friendly as they used to be but if i worked in clutter like that id be stressed and miserable too. completely different vibe than what it used to be. i hope they get it back to how...

I go here occasionally for the bin deals. There are a lot of standard deals where you can get decorations, furniture, or clothes for a good discount, but I mostly go on Thursday for the by one get one deal on the bins so that everything is 50 cents.

You definitely need a good hour here to sift through everything when there is a lot in the bins, but the last time I went it was almost empty, so it's kind of hit or miss on the inventory. Which is of course the nature of this kind of business.

Staff is always friendly and once there was a miscommunication and I was told a deal was happening that wasn't, but the staff still honored it from my word alone which was very nice. It only was a couple dollar difference but I appreciate them understanding and...
