PALMS NAIL SPA — Attraction in North Palm Beach

I have to say the owners and the staff are a little unprofessional. My Nextgen dip did not look terrible but my nail tech made off the wall comments both times I visited. After communicating my discomfort and unhappy experience the owners simply brushed off his comments and said sorry but did not see anything wrong with what was said.

Visit one, my nail tech Aron asked me if I had a booty call calling my phone as my phone rang during my session and proceeded to laugh as if saying something like that was funny.

I gave them one more shot and on visit two the same nail tech Aron told me I was complaining about what God gave me as I told him I felt one nail looked shorter than the other. I generally do not like to complain but I am not paying to be talked to and treated in a deamning manor. I would say they need to work on their staff and customer...

My mother and I went in for a gel manicure (me) and a pedicure (mom). The same lady insisted on doing both of us as she convinced us that she is the only one that can do what we asked for. A manicure generally is polish off, soak, cuticles, gel polish, hot towel and lotion massage...WHAT I GOT WAS A POLISH CHANGE...but charged for a manicure.🤬I got nothing but a polish change. My mom got her pedicure but was told that she needed treatment for her toes because they were yellow (they were yello due to the polish used prior) she did not get the scrub, she did not get the massage...but was charged $50 dollars because with all her talk of skin care she called that treatment. WTH!!! Your home care suggestions are not treatment. Horrible that they are so shifty. Don’t trust in what they offer. And my gel polish...

I wanted to like this place because I just moved recently from Boca, but sadly very disappointed. While the space and staff was friendly the quality of work was subpar and not with $63 dollars. I asked for a simple fill with a french tip, even provided photos with how i like my french tip and after several attempts couldn’t simply get it right, that required another tech to do. I was there for well over 2 hours almost, came at 5 on the font and didn’t leave til about 6:45. The worse part which prompts me to give two stars is not even a week into the gel is chipping. My nail salon in Boca Raton, would only charge 45-50 for this design and length and my gel certainly doesn’t chip let alone a week after getting them done ( not even because they were done on tuesday...
