Went to see the actors of "A Christmas Story" the only thing free was the waiting in lines, in the cold and rain. Very few brought umbrellas. I was soaked threw from the rain. There was a warming tent but on of the heaters was malfunctioning and blowing cold wind.so we spent 3 hours in the rain 2 and a half hours in this semi warm tent. (Which we were thankful for.) And finally another 2 and a half hours waiting for the pictures and audio graph line to move. If you hadn't paid for anything the stars were reluctant to speak. However the lovely lady who played the "female" elf did talk with me. She was patiently waiting for her chance to eat. She drove all the way from Florida, had to bring her own food snacks and lunch. There was no scheduled time for breaks and lunch. The man who played Ralphie's brother went to lunch and after waiting for an hour of front of his designated area we gave, feel weak hungry, wet and sore, we gave up and gave up. Here are some suggestions for their next visit, add more tents! With warmers spread around, it doesn't have to be 70 degrees just enough warmth and protection from the rain, snow or what have you. It was cute but $280 for a picture with the group, assorted prices for individual photos...

My favorite part of this welcome center was the state of Indiana that had been inlaid in the flooring with highways also detailed in flooring material. It was just...
Read moreClean, clean, clean! Greeted with a warm welcome! Informative and helpful staff. Great souvenirs in their shop. A girl could go broke in there with all the cute, unique tchotchkes, as well as, practical items with Indiana identifiers on them. I went there for a magnet and left with gloves too. But I want to go back for leggings, coffee mugs, tshirts, plates, placards and some great littles toys I can use for SWAG when I go geocaching. We will be back for the 1920-1960 car show they will have in their showroom the week of...
