I am really unhappy. This is on Sunday. The fifth I came to on Friday. My birthday to sit back and relax and to get a regular manicure. Well, I asked the reception for regular manicure reglar. Pedicure and manicure, and she told me to pick out my Polish, a young lady came over, and I said to her, I just want a neutral. Tan or Brown color She picked up black. I felt like things was not going to go right well. She hustled me back to the chair. I got in the water was done, not warm. She never turned the jets on until one of her co-workers came over to remind her. Well, she was in a hurry. I tried to sit back and relax, but I had to keep Directing her on to look at my foot to see that the nails one was high, 1 was low. I repeated it over 3 or 4 times then I told her that the water was cold. She didn't understand any English. Finally, she called the gentleman over, and he came in with a big bucket to dip out some of the water. And the water stayed cold, she washed through the whole process of the pedicure. I asked a gentleman, are you guys closing? He said, no, not until 7 said well, why is SHEIN a hurry? I had to keep showing her my toes was not even that the nails was not even one was high, one was low they charged me $80. They switched the Polish up to a gel. I told him I did not ask for that. It's ridiculous. I paid $80. Then the young lady asked me. Do I want her to clean up around my nails? Well, if you're charging me $40, what is a regular manicure? Then I tipped her $10. No one ever tried to comfort. I let them know it's my birthday and that I was very unhappy. I could not sit back and relax. The young lady was moving so fast. I would have to sit up and keep repeating myself over and over. And then afterwards the gentleman came over, start to file my nails while I was getting a pedicure. He squeezed my fingers so hard so tight. They were in a hurry and they didn't care. And I want to speak to someone about this. This is my second time there. My first experience was good. That's why I came back, but the young lady that he worked on me was unprofessional. She couldn't speak no English. She was in a hurry to leave after I got over to start the Manager, she started hanging around because I know she wanted a tip. She did a horrible job. And it's not fair that I kicked out $90 and it's the worst experience. I am waiting on a manager to call me ASAP. Read moreI went to this salon yesterday to get my nails done, I wanted to get regular polish instead of the gel to ease off the UV light. I had a French design in mind red with black tips, I started doing the nails and the lady each time I would ask for something for example drag the line down a little she would say it can't be done because I chose regular polish instead of the gel. I get to almost finishing and she needed to add the top coat she started adding it and the red was mixing in with the black because she allowed no time for it to dry (being lazy & taking short cuts) she caught on about the 7th nail and I showed her my other hand to look that the black was mixed in with the red she got mad and said I shouldn't have chosen the regular polish again, I got irritated because at this point enough I chose what I chose because I wanted it. She then started aggressively removing all the polish redid it and put the red on only and sent me to dry picked up my stuff and moved them over from her station even though she wasn't done, then of course started talking in her language obviously about me and with the body language I knew it was nothing good on top of that the coworkers looking over at me and laughing. I got mad and told her I get to chose what I want and she can't force me to choose gel if I want regular and that she had no customer services she showed me her middle finger and we went at it for awhile until the manager came over and got my nails done. I feel like had I not been a black customer I would not have been treated as if I don't know what I want or as if I didn't have a choice. Read moreLow class customer service today and very much disappointed… Let me begin by saying very expensive but when you get good service you come back. Well my last service was 2 weeks ago and I had great service so before I left I said let me make an appointment for the same tech so the person at the desk told me to go back and make the appointment with the nail tech herself and not at the desk , so I did and 2 weeks pass .. My appointment is at 9am and I walk in at 8:59 . Everyone but my tech is coming in there having there personal conversation as one other customer came in and is receiving there service on time , so finally some one takes the time to ask who I was waiting for and I told them , after 10 -15 past I ask was my tech coming in and this nail tech very nicely dressed and walked around with high hills like she owned the place looked at me and said I don’t know call her , she actually looked in a customers face that was spending $100 plus $20 tipper to call my own tech and then told me I’m the one that set up the appointment so I had her number, So informed her that the appointment was made as directed with the tech and not over phone or text but in this place of business, so she walked away rudely and tried calling her and got no answer,,, didn’t offer to take or get me immediate service for my inconvenience….., I am so disappointed at this point not only when this place first opened was I there but just like some places after there clientele grows they stop caring ,,, just a small note not only to vent but a note to say and remind you that … Your not doing us a favor we are paying for service ....
