As an active duty enlisted military member on a tight budget the whole ring buying process was very daunting to me. My girlfriend (at the time) was also nervous about the formality of the ring shopping experience. That all changed once we sat down with Renee. She was so kind, patient, and attentive which made it so relaxed, comfortable, and easy that my girlfriend never wanted it to end. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this company. I went there after purchasing diamond studs for my toddler, asked if they could put baby backs so the post would not stick out and jab her. The first time I went to pick them up, the receptionist said “these are way too small let’s send them back and tell them to redo them”. The second go around, I put them in my daughters ears and the post broke off into the baby push back 2 days later. Returned again, and they sent them back to “make the post stronger”. I picked them up and they were adult screw backs. I had to demand a refund and they would not fix them when it was their mistake.
