I've been a loyal customer for a while now with Igadi and have many times recommended them to friends and family. They've always been friendly and informative and happy to help.... ....
That is until tonight. I haven't ever felt more betrayed after how loyal I've been with these guys. While I do recommend them for their sales, their flower, and other items as such... I highly recommend you do NOT buy smoking pieces from them.
I went in tonight excited to buy a new bong. I bought some flower first. Then I told my "budtender" that I wanted a good ole fashioned easy to use bong. I asked what he recommended and he recommended this 40 dollar piece. I was like, alright.. I'll trust you. You haven't stirred me wrong. I bought it and as we finished the sale, I asked him how to use it. He said that it's not meant for smoking flower. (Even though I just bought flower.) Then proceeded to tell me that most of their bongs are meant for dab. O_O; Then WHY DID YOU RECOMMEND IT? Then he told me if I wanted to use it for flower, I had to go to the cigarette shop across the street and buy a bowl. They didn't have any. THEN WHY DID YOU RECOMMEND IT? I then asked how I was supposed to clean it, because looking into it further, it seemed really complicated. He said I had to buy a special oil to clean it and blah blah blah. HOW THE HECK IS THIS A GOOD OLE FASHIONED EASY TO USE BONG? Special oils, a bowl I can't use, have to go to another company... I asked for a refund. Annoyed, he asked for his manager. His manager tried selling me on the bowl and stuff also, which I get. It's business. But when I explained that I still didn't want it, he got frustrated and said "FINE. Just give him his money." But then the other guy mentioned that I used my card. "Well that's a problem. We can't refund your money because you used a card." Um... okay... So then I said, "So I'm stuck with it?" and he said "We're in the middle of a rush. You'll have to wait and then I can call my manager and see if there's anything we can do."
Um... There's a lot you could have done. You could have been upfront about everything. You could have told me that this item you sold me on isn't even close to what I asked for. You could have been politer. Either way, it could have been a different situation but after that... I might be broadening my choices for where I shop. They're not the only dispensary in town. They just were most appealing...
   Read moreAsked for a vape cartridge recommendation, and was sold a cartridge that was, unbeknownst to me, only usable with a particular proprietary device. When I got home and realized it wouldn't work with my standard pen, I called and was notified that I'd need to come back and buy another pen, which I had no interest in doing. Would never have purchased if I'd been told that was the case. I just wanted to return the product and get something compatible with what I have. They said that if I wanted, I could call and the manager might give me a discount on the compatible pen.
I emailed the company on the 'contact us' portion of their page to request a refund, and as of 3 days have received no reply. So there answer to selling me a product I couldn't use was to try and sell me more instead of fixing their mistake and failure to train their employees to sell the proper products. So I feel stolen from, and now can't get anyone to care or respond. Not a company I would ever recommend anyone do...
   Read moreI went in to shop today around 3pm, there was this guy named Tyler, I was excited to see possibly one of my brothers old co workers because he used to work there!(front desk lady is SUPER SWEET btw!) extremely bad customer service and rude behavior from Tyler though. I came in today and had the worst experience because of him. I don't normally give bad reviews but I was trying to remember my pin that I havnt used in a while because I dont shop often due to the pandemic... after the second time of it not being correct, he ripped up the receipt and just stared at me waiting for another form of payment. Like um... use your words sir!?!? Why would you just stare at a customer trying to buy something from your store?!? I work in retail too and would get fired for this kind of behavior. Unnaceptable! I won't come back to that Igadi just because of how rude he was. Again I dont normally do this but I am a sweet person and get along with everyone, he was like the grinch on steroids!!...
