The second worst Hotel Stay Ever: Josh at the front desk was the only bright spot during my entire stay — professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Every other front desk employee was the exact opposite. The night auditor even tried to stop me from entering my own room at 3 a.m., which was outrageous. My points stay didn’t transfer correctly because Marriott corporate is apparently having issues with their rewards system, and Titanium Elite support was absolutely worthless in resolving it. The hotel itself has a constant, nauseating smell of dirty eggs that lingers throughout the halls. The carpets are grimy, the bathrooms are poorly maintained, and you can literally hear your neighbors using the restroom. The in-room phone didn’t work, and most of the staff (again, aside from Josh) were rude and dismissive. The whole place feels institutional, not inviting — like they’ve given up on caring about guests. And to add insult to injury, when I called to straighten out the payment issue — since they suddenly couldn’t take the card over the phone or process it manually — I was told they wouldn’t be “extending” to me, with an attitude that screamed holier-than-thou. I made it clear I wasn’t asking for an extension; I was making sure they got paid. The arrogance was unreal. In short, this property is a disgrace to the Marriott brand. Between the smell, the staff, and the complete lack of professionalism, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — Titanium Elite or otherwise.

2 Visits - Very Consistent Who doesn't enjoy a brand new hotel. We did, twice. I'm happy to say everyone we encountered was very courteous, friendly, and asked how our stay was going. The rooms have great accent lighting in the kitchen area and bathroom. This is not a bad mark, just a long term concern about the bathroom. The showers throughout the hotel have a half glass wall and the other half is open. It has a high end feel but it seems to be a functional fail (pictures included). After I would shower a lot of water ends up outside the shower. I would use the bath mat and a towel to make sure the floor was dry afterwards. I fear there will be long term water damage if guests do not follow the extra water clean up process. I did notice a different style showerhead that seemed to have a better angle of water spray direction on our 2nd visit. Unfortunately, the results did not help keep the water in. The outside of the hotel has a pretty cool fire pit that they turn on at night. We enjoyed it the first night. Our latest attempt was not successful as a couple was enjoying a 420 moment. Not a hater, but we are not 420 people so we let them enjoy, and we hope they did. All in all, we look forward to our next visit. Thank you all at the hotel for making an inviting and enjoyable stay. See you soon!

TownePlace Suites in Denver offers a truly comfortable and refreshing stay that exceeded my expectations. The rooms are impressively clean and well-equipped, with every detail thoughtfully considered for a pleasant experience. From the spotless surfaces to the ultra-soft sheets, which were some of the cleanest and most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel, the attention to cleanliness is apparent everywhere. One of the highlights of my stay was the heated pool, perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. It’s well-maintained and adds a touch of luxury to the hotel’s amenities. The continental breakfast is another standout feature. Unlike the typical offerings at many hotels, TownePlace Suites goes above and beyond by providing a healthy and varied selection. The choices are fresh, nutritious, and far superior to the standard fare you find at most places, making breakfast a pleasant surprise each morning. Overall, TownePlace Suites is a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, well-managed hotel with thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Denver.

We stayed here for 6 nights in July. The location is perfect—right off of I-25 with plenty of shopping/gas/food around it. Several of the hotels closer to 120th had some iffy reviews, but this hotel is newer and is a few blocks north. We felt perfectly safe.

Our king room was immaculate and well set up. The TV is large, and allowed for hookup of HDMI devices. There was plenty of room to hang items, including a closet with an organizer. The bed was a bit above-average for comfort. The “kitchen” has a nice setup with a large refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, sink, and dishwasher.

Our only complaint was the shower. Though it was nice and large, it is impossible to shower without splashing massive amounts of water outside of the shower. After the two of us each showered, a full-size towel and the bath mat were SOAKED. I guarantee this hotel will have issues with water damage as it ages if a solution is not put in place.

Breakfast was typical hotel fare. It was kept well stocked and very clean. Shout-out to the gentleman who looked after the breakfast area. He always had a smile on his face, and was working so hard! You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Keep that guy around!

The fitness center had a better variety of equipment than most hotels, and was extremely clean.

Overall, it was a great stay and we would not hesitate to...

I travel all over the country, staying in various hotels for months at a time and have been doing so for years. This is the first time I’ve ever given a review. So let’s start with how it began for me: I check in, later in the evening. I’m accustomed to my studio rooms, but this time they offered me an upgrade (assuming) based on my length of stay. I found that incredibly kind. The breakfasts are consistent and good. Not just good for “hotel breakfast” but actually good. The staff is highly attentive to the property and the needs of their guests. They’ve taken time to just talk to me as a person and know my dogs name. Anytime I speak with someone they always ask if there’s anything they can do. Typically there’s fresh cookies out for us in the lobby. The hotel is quiet. The guests are quiet. The location is quiet. As for the location, it’s pretty centered for convenience. There’s food, a nice little bar and shopping really close by. I can hit most of my needs within a 2 miles. The gym is actually nice and has worthwhile equipment and is incredibly clean. Staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. From leadership to maintenance, each person here is actually sincerely friendly. This is probably my 5th maybe 6th review overall, I get no benefit from this but it stands out enough to me that I wanted to share my...
