Sleep Number — Hotel in Northglenn

They will tell you anything to get the sale. I own an adjustable split king sleep number bed. It feels nothing like the store model. We were given bad information from the start; should never have purchased the bed. As in under quoting the price by $700.00. We were half way through the purchase transaction when we found out the true price. We should have walked away right then. Next, we were given completely false information about finance option. We asked the questions several times and the rep confirmed everything just to get the sale. Yet shame on me for being so foolish to purchase a pillow from this shady company. After shopping with sale tags posted everywhere I find out the sale is over but the tags were not removed. So they honored the sale, okay. But just prior to making the purchase I asked about the return policy. I was told I have 30 days. Took the pillow into the store well within the 30 days with receipt. Only to find out they don't take returns only exchanges. I left the $130 pillow there and walked out. I recommend you don't buy anything from this company. On a side note: they have constant turnover in their sales reps. In my few interactions with this ridiculous company I know 3 people who were helping me and are now no longer with...

After searching different brands and styles, there was no doubt purchasing a Sleep Number was the way to go. This review will need a follow up once I have had some time to use my new bed and make sure it is as advertised. Stay tuned.

As for my buying experience, I felt like Lacey had my best interest the entire time. No pitchy sales tactics, no stories of how they have one and swear by it, nothing in those lines at all. I had went to see her twice with several weeks in between and what won me over was she didn’t forget who I was and even remembered my sons name immediately. Personable people make a difference and she did make that difference. I enjoyed talking to her and sharing stories while a decision was being made and would recommend anyone, here or down in DFW ;) to work with Lacey. Knowledgeable, kind, patient and kept focus on the experience the entire time.
