STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You're better off getting McDonald's across the street than dealing with rude people especially the lady who claims to be the MANAGER but acts like she hates her job and knows that she will be demoted down to table buster soon because she's already now doing drive thru so she doesn't have to care anymore! I just had a recent TERRIBLE experience at their drive thru that I had to drive off without actually finishing my order. She was rude in the get go but the worst part was when I asked her to substitute the regular fries that come with the meal to chicken fries. She then said they can't do that! WHAT?!?! I asked her why not and I said even if you charge me extra you still can't do it? She then continued to say "NO WE CAN'T DO THAT". Again, WHAT?!?! How in the world could you not do a simple and very mind you I've done it before at another Burger King store request? It doesn't take a genius to know that all I wanted was to get rid of your nasty tasting fries (like cardboard) and switched it to chicken fries (which is not great either but a little better than your regular fries) and you charge me more for it?!?! IS THAT FREAKIN ' HARD??? Then I asked her to ask her manager if infact that simple request can't be done but she proudly told me that SHE WAS THE MANAGER! REALLY???? How can you be the manager and not capable of taking simple requests at the freakin' drive thru? You clearly are not a good one! You clearly need a better order taker than yourself and do us all a favor hire somebody that is more competent than you so he/she can take your job that you are so proud of but you're at the drive thru window taking orders. hhhmmmpppp Manager your a@@! Read moreSo I'm writing this because I've worked retail for three years, so I know of the demand that they need to keep up with the fast past. I would not be writing this review if i though my first attempt was worth anything to the company. So I went through the drive through, tonight and I waited 20 mins in the drive through and it took the woman a long time to make shakes, I was able to get my food first and the shakes she had to make perfect and took take a long time. I get that there were not employees to help the manager but at least tell me its going to take a long time. I don't feel mad at this point, I feel bad for these people that the company don't care about the employees during the rush hours, or to hire more people! Now my boyfriend was there a month ago and he waited inside the building for 35-40 mins just for food. Now there is a rule that people through the drive through must come first than inside the building. Which is odd to me, but whatever. The manager on duty was apologizing to everyone in line that had to wait 30+ mins. Pretty reasonable, I think to at least apologizing when he got to the counter they didn't apologizing to him at all. But the manager said that to everyone else before and after . But she didn't apologizing to my boyfriend at all he was polite, patience, not mean to the cashier at all. I have called and tired corporate not to get any free food just to bring it to their attention.
