Walked both trails. The green trail (Chinkapin Loop) is an easy 10-15 minute walk on mostly level ground with regular signage making it impossible to get lost. The first half of this trail runs along the border of the woods so you’ll see a building or two as you go, but the second half turns deep enough in to give you that “totally immersed” feeling that only Rotary park seems to offer around here.
The blue trail (Bell Branch Loop) is designed for mountain biking and is much longer with greater changes in elevation. It was unfinished and mostly muddy but I walked it in 45-60 minutes. There is no signage yet but only one path, so you won’t get lost. They’ve built in some fun and challenging obstacles for bikers like a detour path made of stones or a shortcut made of a flattened log bridge.

They also are still working on more advanced trails that have drop offs and large jumps. Definitely check this trail out if you're a...

I was so angry I went home without trying the trails. How are there still unpaved roads...
