I used to love coming to this Noodles and Company location. However, the quality of the experience has taken a serious dive in the past year or so. I have noticed that the last 3 times I came in, the entire restaurant is filthy, with food and paper products all over the floor in both the dining room and in the kitchen area. I was actually hesitant to eat the food because the place looks so dirty. I have seen restaurants in some pretty bad areas that looked far better than this. It was really quite scarey looking and I don't scare easily. It looks like food poisoning waiting to happen. There were only two employees working...it seemed like there was no one there to handle dine in customers or to maintain the spaces. This was seriously gross. After a decade of enjoying meals at Noodles, I can't see returning to this disgusting mess. I felt like I was taking my health into uncharted territory. I honestly don't know how this franchise can continue this way. Their workers don't even seem trained to make the noodle menu items anymore. My Mac and Cheese item had no cheese on the noodles and shredded cheese just dumped on top. The noodles were raw. I sent it back and they sort of fixed it, though there were now chunks of noodles stuck together and a lot of liquid yellow runny stuff at the bottom of the bowl. It looked like reheated food It was pretty nasty. To say I was dismayed by this experience is an understatement. I'm now hoping I didn't foolishly eat food that will find me on the toilet all night when my eyes and common sense told me to ask for a...
Read moreI walked in and two employees looked at me. I stood and looked at the menu and then stepped up to the register to place my order. The two employees kept working, I waited an additional 7 minutes just to place my order. This is my.first time EVER at any N&C. I got my cup to get my drink and my table number. The pop machine screen was sticky and all printed up, the counter was disgusting. The condiments were nearly empty. Moving to find a seat, I wandered the entire place to find a clean table and finally settled on a four place setting for just me, that had two clean spots at the back side, and sat down. The floor was sticky and the restaurant smelled like the walmart bottle return room. The pasta was delivered with a handful of shredded cheese on top, hardly any sauce at all, I mixed it up and took a bite and the noodles are clearly precooked, packaged disgusting noodles. The taste was aweful. I spent $19.** on this aweful "meal." If you want a better noodle dish, pick up a pack of Ramen and eat it in your clean home, this place ruined the chances of me EVER going to another...
Read moreUsually I have had good experiences with this location, but it's gone downhill. The cashier was training so I took that into consideration, but the fact that the girl who was cooking my food and who I could clearly see behind the counter was on her phone in one hand and "stirring" my food with the other. My order was wrong and my side order of potstickers were all cut up/falling apart and not even cooked all the way through. Also, she placed the tongs on top of a dirty/rusty grill and didn't wash them before handling other food. My noodles were mushy and they messed up my order when I specifically asked for a couple of ingredients not to be in my food. Then another girl was also on her phone and she didn't even think to wash her hands before making another customer's salad and other food. I asked if I could get a refund and I was told to come back in to purchase another order and it would be made right. I'd give no...
