Red Wing - Norwalk, CA — Attraction in Norwalk

This store would not honor the 30 day unconditional return after I brought the boots from here on 10/15/2024, and tried to return them on 10/19/2024. I didn’t have the boots for more than 4 days. The reason for returning the boots is that the leather was starting to pucker and separate from the boot. I can also feel my socks getting wet from the water entering my boots. The sales representative at the store said there were no issues with water coming through the boots and said the leather was puckering, etc because the boots were new. The representative was informed that I have boots over a year old from Red Wings and they’ve not puckered, wrinkled, etc. Four day old boots don’t do this unless they are defective. I came here looking for a certain boot they didn't have it , I ask if they can look what store around here has it both the male and female employees said they couldn't look it up for me ,I came 3 months ago and they look it up, I'm not sure why they couldn't this time , then they try to sell me some other boot I wasn't interested in, and other thing I didnt want. This place is an old store sort of run-down in a older area of Norwalk but the guy that I got his name was Joey he's very good at what he does I made a call to him he took the time to listen to what I had to say about boots steel toed ones I had a broken foot that was healing and I needed the right shoe and he the time to get exactly what I wanted I never knew Red Wing Shoes or so awesome don't cut corners on your feet my boots cost double what I normally paid for them at the Boot Barn I also found out that I had one foot almost an inch bigger than the other I never knew that before anyways I tipped him pretty well and he almost didn't accept it but I would definitely go back there especially for the socks super comfortable...
