This is my First time coming here, my experience was honestly amazing. I usually try to do this myself at home for obvious reasons (saving money) but I couldn’t do it. I came in because I’ve had an ingrown bothering me which had been a pain for quite some time now, so I finally decided to go somewhere! Thankfully I found this spot super close to my work which is conveniently on my way home. I had the pleasure of having Katherine (hopefully I spelled it right) take care of me. She was very welcoming and very meticulous. I explained to her my situation with my toenail and she went right to work. Didn’t hurt me at all (except the obvious pain that comes with ingrowns) and was making sure I was ok during the process. She tried her best and although the bothersome ingrown couldn’t be completely taken out (she said I need to wait for my nail to grow a little longer) the pain I’m feeling was greatly reduced! I’m in boots all day for work so I’m sure that doesn’t help. However thanks to Katherine my toes feel exceptionally better. I will definitely be coming back and make this a part of my routine with her. Plus the added perk of the foot and leg massage with a hot stone is peak customer service. After reading the raving reviews I was incredibly excited to get my nails done here. I’m sad to say that the results were disappointing. The whole process felt incredibly rushed even though there was only one other person in the salon when I began. In addition, my nails came out sharp from not being filed correctly, my cuticles were not well cleaned, and the nail polish application was messy. I’m also sad to say that my nail beds were filed down so much that they not only hurt but are incredibly thin and frail as a result. I Googled this place and thought I would check it out. I was greeted by Ken. Very nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate his craft and how he takes his time to produce a beautiful set of nails. I've been trying to find a nail spot with a nude color suitable for my dark skin complexion. Ken has a dope nude color that I adore.
