I have been coming here since 2016 when I moved out here from Arizona. At the time it was right around the corner from my house. I’ve never had any issues with them . Even after Covid it started I still went to them, mind you I moved to Long Beach and would drive all the way to Norwalk just to have them do my nails. Today they lost me forever like I said I’ve been going there for five years I made appointment two weeks ago they told me to bring cash because they weren’t able to except card that day so I assume their system was down. I brought cash no problem. Today I went in after making an appointment two days ago . They never said that they weren’t excepting card After my nails were done by Henry I was very pleased they looked awesome. I went to pay they told me that they only except cash so I told him I was going to go next-door get the cash and I’ll come right back. Like I said I’ve been coming there for five years they know where I worked they know my name they know me personally. The girl at the front tells me that I’m gonna have to leave my phone which has all my information in it and go get the cash. I asked her if she was serious I always tip well I literally drive all the way here from Long Beach she said yes it’s policy. The owners wife tells me I have to leave it until they get their money so I went to the ATM gave them their money and told them I’m never coming back they made me feel like I was a thief like they didn’t trust me when they see me literally every two weeks for five years they’ve literally seen me 310 times and I have to leave my phone so you get your money. Completely unprofessional they lost me and seven of my friends customer service is everything I would understand if you’ve never seen me before but you’ve seen me 310 times. You lost a loyal customer. The only reason they’re not excepting card is because they’re working under the table so you guys are working illegally and have the nerve to treat a loyal customer that way I’m calling health I hope you guys get shut down...
Read moreI had gone here for 2 years. Every 2 weeks faithfully. I always scheduled an appt I never just walked in. Kevin did my nails and his wife my pedi. I always scheduled my appts at the same time but never did they start at the same time. The last few months, maybe longer I've had to wait past my appt time. I dealt with it because I liked them both. I went in for my scheduled time and was greeted by the girl at the front. I saw that both Kevin and Kim were busy. I got seated in the pedi chair. Neither of them even acknowledged me. 45 minutes later I was still waiting. And still not one word from either of them. I personally feel if you make an appt and a walk in comes in, its fine to start on them. But once your appt arrives you need to give that walk in to someone else. I've never had this issue before. Making me wait for 45 min is not acceptable nor professional. I got up and walked out and never returned. You, Kevin and Kim should treat your faithful clients with more respect. My time is worth as much as yours. Yes, I'm picky with my nails. I have every right to be. Each of them received a $20 tip eaxh time. I was a good client. I have found a new place and will never return to this nail salon. SHAME...

However the man that rang me up didn't have great customer service. It was my first time at this shop, I wasn't notified that tip was cash only and that there is a charge for using card. I told him I needed to go to my car to get the cash for tip he said I couldn't leave without leaving my phone or something of value his approach wasn't kind or respectful.
