DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE BUY THEM ONLINE FOR THE STORE YOU WANT THE GIFT CARD FOR. I went through about 3 hours of hell going back and forth with this store's customer service, 2 different corporate numbers, and Nike. I got a gift card from a friend for Nike and it turned out that it was a fraudulent card. I was told by customer service workers that they have a gift card problem and that they cant do anything about it once they activate the card. THEY KNOW its happening and when their customers get scammed they say "well you're s* out of luck". The workers cant do anything about it and I am not mad at them for that, it is Target who doesnt let them do anything about it when they know its happening. I have always hated Target, Walmart is far superior with lower prices and a bigger variety just go there. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED JUST DONT DO IT PLEASE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK OTHER THAN A CHARGE BACK WITH YOUR BANK. THE WORKERS KNOW THIS IS HAPPENING AND CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE TARGET IS INCOMPETENT. My case got escalated TWICE and after the second one they told me they would not continue to help me. Again, nothing bad towards the people working customer service, but Target is HORRIBLE with this. Truly never going to Target ever again, only going if I HAVE to like if I were in the desert and needed water, I guess Target would do but if I have to drive an hour one way to avoid Target I WOULD. Target really went downhill after they stopped selling popcorn....
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Target location. I went in to buy a toy for my son as a reward for doing well in school — just a simple treat. At self-checkout, I noticed that the price I paid didn’t match the lower price shown on my Target app.
I asked a woman at self-checkout (Felicia, who I believe is a manager) about it. She asked if I had scanned my app, and I told her I entered my phone number since that’s what it prompted. She scanned the item and said it was full price. I accepted that at first, but after checking further on my app, I realized the toy was on sale.
I went to customer service to ask for a price adjustment. The person there wasn’t very friendly and told me I’d have to return the item, buy it again online, and come back two hours later to pick it up. I asked to speak with someone else, and Felicia came over again — visibly annoyed to see me. She spoke to me slowly and repeated herself in a condescending tone, as if I didn’t understand her.
I stayed calm, but the whole interaction left me feeling disrespected. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just to receive the price that was being offered on the app. Customers shouldn’t be treated poorly for trying to get a...
Read morePlaced a Drive up order and after 1 + day they cancelled due to technical difficulties. More like laziness I would say. Placed my order at 11:30 am, “2 hours later” order still not ready. Called the store, no answer. Read on their app that it can take about 6 hrs sometimes, ok. Called store same day 9:30 pm, phone rang and rang and finally someone answered by accident. Did not even properly greet me. When I asked about my order he said they were behind 26 hours on Drive Up orders, seriously?! I said ok, and figured to big deal I should pick it up the next day around noon. The time came and nothing!!! That evening way over “26 hrs” I get an email saying it was cancelled due to tech difficulties. I get falling behind and delays are expected but it should be disclosed at time of order and notice should be given timely as well. It’s no wonder that Target is seeing such a...
