Urban Soccer 5 Center — Attraction in Norwalk

Since the re-open, their customer service has been very poor.. Some of the fields have not gotten any maintenance in some time.. The heavy set man that runs the place makes you NOT want to come back to US5, little patience, as if he gets bothered very easily (he pretty much is the motivation behind this post).. My players and I have been going there for years, always been respectful and courteous, now recently, service is not the same. If they truly want to be successful, they need to make their customers feel appreciated, make them feel as if US5 is their Futbol hub, and right now they are lacking big time, it feels cheap. We are just 1 of a few groups (thus far) that are making the switch to GOALS in south gate (now that they are opening up again). US5: we root for you, but you need to wake up a.s.a.p or you will lose...

We have been playing a lot here, and most of the time local guys who worked there were nice. But yesterday we showed up and it was ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL situation. It suppose to be a pick up game starting at 6pm every day. We showed up at 8pm and ALL the field were booked. That means that we had to wait for 2 hours to finally start playing (can you imagine on Wednesday when everyone need to go work next day start playing only at 10pm). Anyway with such an unbelievable situation they also asked us to pay which by the way while we were waiting we stayed and spent a lot of money in they local Cafe.

I wouldn't trust 100% to this people over there. Wanna keep coming and play fine, but i would highly recommend to find...

Not a good place that you can enjoy the game whit your friends and family, the first time that I went to play, we play again the owners team and we was wining and then the owner star playing hard and we do the same, so hi got mad they was 5- 2 down, one time hi push me hard against the wall and i don't say anything but the next play in got him the same then HI grabbed me of my neck and hi start telling me that his going to kill me, just because his was loosing, I don't recommend this place, just...
