My sister, who was shopping in TJ Maxx was only there to buy a pair of pants for her husband's dad's funeral. Another customer bumped her cart and said "I'm sorry" then it happened again "Oh I'm sorry. " My sister's wallet was stolen out of her purse. She had all her bank cards taken, even a car title, she was on her way to get her birth certificate in Norwalk and decided to stop in and shop. This crime is costly for the shopper, and time consuming. She described a Hispanic female kindly bumping into her cart and distracting her. This crime is a problem. Read moreWhoever handles inventory at this particular location has completely ruined the inventory and overall shopping experience for every customer in the area. Not sure why they would go from selling original products to now selling generic knock offs that nobody really wants. The prices are shocking for products pretending to be products they aren't. I used to shop here for hours now I'm gone in less than 5 to 10 minutes. I would hire a new inventory person who remembers the products people actually came to TJ Maxx to buy asap...a very weird way to try to save money...nothing is selling here...clearance is full of fake products...
Read moreI enjoyed TJ Maxx very much as I was shopping it's very nice and clean very spacious I also had a good experience at the dressing room and I enjoyed the prices. Sorry to say that I had to do the store because I was in a rush due to a long long line and I only had one item and the service is very slow. I saw others leaving the store as well.
