Horrible customer experience!!!! I went in and got some tosti esquite when I got home I noticed it had so much mayo I was very unsatisfied so I called nicely to see if I can maybe get a re make. The lady that answered me was apparently āthe managerā and she said because I took it to go and left the place I can not get a remake. Which shocks me because I have called other places and they have always been nice to give me a remake. Because like you can see it was not my mistake there is so much mayo! When I asked her if I can get her name she rudely said ā I am not giving you my nameā if she was really the manager why is she afraid to give me her name. Iām no type to be a Karen, itās just that lack in customer service and the worst part is that she hang up on me how rude !! Thatās not professional customer service!! Thatās not what a professional āmanagerā would do ! This took place on November 21 around 9 ! I get it your store is busy all day and it was towards the end of the night so you're tired. But having a nasty attitude towards me and complaining to her coworkers infront of us when ive only been nice is unwarranted and unprofessional and i only mention it because even before having to fix our order she was unpleasant. She had the look of someone who wanted to go home from the second she asked us what we wanted.
