I've been to many ppl with the title of "massage therapist" but never felt like I got a complete balanced massage within that hr. Always felt like they only focused on the problem area only, didn't apply enough or too much pressure and had to communicate and not relax, felt rushed, but in general, not complete and any better than before while also paying nearly, if not, double.

I had a 3:30 PM appointment and called at 3:10 PM to let them know I was running a little late. The gentleman assured me it was fine and that they would still see me. When I arrived at 3:38 PM, he suddenly told me that he could only offer a 45-minute foot massage.

I explained that I had called ahead and traveled nearly 45 minutes from Union, NJ, due to traffic, but his response was, "I don’t care, that’s what I can offer." If he had informed me over the phone about the time limit, I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming. His attitude was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive.

When I asked to speak with the owner, he refused to provide any information and outright denied me service. I’ve been a loyal customer here for five years, but after today, I will never return. Clearly, my time and money mean...
