LOVE LOVE LOVE This is the 4th lash studio I've gone to and the absolute best by far. There's no memberships and no crazy restrictions. Jen and Marianne are always so sweet and attentive. They don't pressure you to make your next appointment on the spot. You have the freedom to see how the lashes hold up and make an appointment when you need do so it doesn't feel like your whole life is revolving around lash appointments. Whatever materials they use are the best of the best. At every other studio, I've always had to get refills consistently every two weeks and even then they are pretty bare. I've always been told I wasn't taking care of them and that's why they weren't lasting. I've been going to Ive for over a year now and have never had an issue. Came here to get a wax and facial and OMG! Janese did such an amazing job. Last time I waxed my facial area at a previous location the waxer didn’t even clean my face or ask what products I used and it resulted in a burn on my lip because I used a product at the time. Janese had me fill out paperwork prior to any services and made sure to ask about products I used regularly. My facial was everrrrything! I felt so relaxed and ended up falling asleep. She explained my problem areas to me and what she felt I needed to focus on. My skin felt so smooth and refreshed afterwards. I got my lashes done recently and I am SO happy with how they turned out. I had been wanting to do this for a while, and I only wish I had gone sooner! It was important to me that they looked natural and the owner, Jennifer, knew exactly what I was going for. So many people have complimented my lashes asking what mascara I use and if I use lash growth serum- funny thing is I haven’t been wearing any makeup! that’s the best part for me.
