I was feeling frustrated because the heightened level of coaching (focus on warm-up, skill building, coaching during the WOD, and post WOD cool down.) I have at home we’re not comparable anywhere I visited. It was more of, “here’s the warm up and workout, I’ll step in if you’re a hot mess”. Honestly a bomb decision! The coaches are super helpful and knowledgeable on form and technique. The community aspect of the gym pushes you to go for that final set even you think you don’t have it. The WODs (workout of the days) are perfectly aligned to allow your muscle groups to recover while working out a different muscle group (if you go daily).
