GameStop — Attraction in Oʻahu

NO STARS for ALL GameStops across the universe. Horrible policies. Makes me want to kill myself. Hopefully you guys go out of business one day and I’m still alive to see that day. Please stop fueling a horrible business like GameStop. The robbery they commit by paying customers $0.30 for a $60 game is outrageous. Their return policies are garbage. I bought a Nintendo Switch from these clowns. Not even 5 hours old and I tried to get my money back. Now it’s an open box and they can’t sell it as new. BUT Best Buy does it. I wonder why people go to Best Buy first....BECAUSE THEIR RETURN POLICY IS A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN GAMESTOP’S. Now I see why Best Buy is always sold out of certain things. I believe in the law of attraction and I will manifest your business horribly crashing and burning so that GameStop will be down in the history books as the biggest failure of our time...which is slowly but surely...

My grandson took me in there to look for something he wanted real bad. I have no idea about transformers and toy like this but I asked the young girl at the counter to help us get the one he wanted at the top of the shelf and no problem and my grandson is only 10 but acts very mature for his age and zhe cashier had to be barely 16 many a bit older but they had the best conversation which of course I had no idea again what they were talking about. But this transformers he wanted was very expensive for a plastic toy that becomes a robot and I asked the girl if she could hold it for a week and no problem gave her my information and she hid it for us also bcuz it was the last one. Bought a 1TB Xbox One (refurb). After 40 days, it stopped working. Their return policy is the worst I've ever seen and indicates a lack of belief in their own work (7 days). Unfortunately, you don't know this until you check out and see it on your receipt. When I attempted to return the defective product, they told me they could give me 26 dollars of store credit or 13 dollars cash. The cashier told me they aggressively try to get customers to buy warranties knowing how bad their return policy is. They were not aggressive with me at all. In the end, I told him I'd rather throw it in the dumpster than give GameStop a chance to sell a defective console to another poor sucker like me. He offered to throw it away for me.
