At first it was not so bad. I ordered the chicken and shrimp yakisoba spicy. However, the cook was on his phone when I was ordering. Then I saw him grab some shrimp and pour it on the grill and start cooking. When I paid, I gave her my card and she proceeded to swipe my card. Then she asked me what vegetables I wanted (without washing her hands), and put my vegetables from the bowl onto the grill. When they called my order, I went to grab my food and when I went back to my table, saw that it was wrong it was the veggies i wanted with chicken and shrimp with rice. Then i took it back and told her I think my order is wrong. It was supposed to be chicken and shrimp yakisoba. She took the plate, poured my veggies and chicken and shrimp back on the grill and the cook proceeded to grab yakisoba noodles and cook it. But then it was not spicy. I was already upset that my order was wrong, now for another time. I asked for a manager and the person who took my order was the supervisor on duty and all she said was I'm sorry. I asked for a refund because I was not eating the food that they messed up on. The owners number and their names.
