Ok, so... I hate to do this because I love this place.

But the thing is, yesterday I took my fiancee to this place for lunch, everything was going smoothly.

The table we sat at had issues though, I told the waiter that her broth wasn't boiling, he just smiled and moved to a different hot plate.

I told him her broth still wasn't boiling he just smiled and said "don't worry, she just has too much"

I had more things in my broth than she did, my broth was almost boiling over, we don't like causing problems or issues so we just stayed quiet. Unfortunately, Because we didn't want to rip anyone off or cause problems, we just went with it.... her broth never boiled even after changing the hot plate, she got so sick she missed work today and might miss work tomorrow because she got food poisoning from this place because the waiter told us not to worry about it and didn't...

My daughter and I absolutely love hotpot, and we recently visited the Hotpot Shabushabu at Aiea Pearlridge Mall. It’s a great spot, especially after a long day of shopping!

Even though my daughter doesn’t eat much, we definitely make our money's worth because I can eat a lot! My favorite item is the fishball with roe—it’s so delicious and always hits the spot.

The restaurant is pretty new, which means everything is super clean and well-kept. It’s a cozy place to warm up if you’re feeling cold after wandering around the mall. Plus, all their locations have a similar vibe and quality, so you know what to expect.
