We purchased so many pieces from inspiration and then a friend of ours recommended homeworld. Upon entering we had the greatest pleasure to work with Luisa. Oh my goodness is women has so much patience. She also has some amazing selling techniques. I came in looking for one or two pieces and we ended up spending upwards to $15,000. And the list keeps growing. The only complaint that I have is we came in on a rainy day and the entire upstairs back showroom was leaking. Now when I say leaky I don't mean a few drops here and there I mean it was pouring rain in the store. That needs to be fixed. It smells moldy. How could you let your employees work in that type of condition? It's not safe. I'm sure there is mold in the ceiling and floors. This needs to be addressed immediately. The only reason I rated this a five-star is because of Louisa. She is patient, she is kind and loving. We will definitely be in touch because we have a few more rooms to decorate.

I also had an experience with Mauro, He too is absolutely amazing. He shared his years of service with me and it truly shows that he enjoys what he is doing. Along with Louisa. You have some amazing team members.

I needed to replace an unused imitation rattan settee with something I would actually use in my little condo living room. Went to Homeworld in Pearlridge. I’m on a budget so went to the clearance floor and fell in love with a recliner loveseat that was deeply discounted as the original customer said fabric was fraying. It wasn’t. Look like a dime- sized manufacturer defect that was hardly noticeable. I bought it and it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I re- measured my space and realized I had miscalculated. This was on Thursday. On Friday I showed up at HW and explained things to the sales rep, Derek Miyazaki. He was very understanding and helped me find a lovely recliner that would fit my space and even though it was more expensive than my original piece, was able to give me an even exchange and maintain my original delivery which was today, Saturday 11/13/22. Derek was wonderful from the start. Spent lots of time making sure that I was happy with my purchase and wasn’t impatient or pressuring me to buy something I couldn’t afford. Delivery was seamless as well. Three guys brought my new chair and were really careful with my new chair and my floor.
