Red Knot Pearlridge — Local services in Oʻahu

I have mixed emotions about this store. We came in February 2021 and bought a living room set and had an amazing experience! Fast forward to 3 days ago (March 2022) we wanted something bigger so went went back to find something bigger. Well we looked around for a while and found something in the clearance room. Now I will say they were selling this discounted supposedly ONLY because it had a few scuffs marks, which we were perfectly fine with. But I feel like everyday something else pops up that is wrong. It is missing a cord and we called the store to let them know and we’re told both cords were with it when delivered, which they were not. Next I reclined it and the back of the seat almost fell off. Lastly (for now) the phone charger port on the side is not working. I am upset because we were told that absolutely nothing was wrong with it except the scratches and scuffs, and if they told me everything that was actually wrong with it I wouldn’t have bought it. So I feel like some of the staff there is a little sneaky and just trying to make a sale, just be ware and check...

My first time ever shopping there and it was less nerve racking then I thought it would be. Our associate was knowledgeable and very helpful in what we were set out to look for. We kind of knew what we wanted but not quite and yes AJ steered us in the right direction, he even went as far as asking us about our layout to make sure the furniture we wanted would meet our needs as the space we working with is small. So yes my experience was nothing but positive. From picking out the furniture to helping us set up delivery which I thought would be another nightmare but I was wrong . Good job and praise to that associate, now because of him our future furniture needs is yours as well as we will recommend to family...

From the moment I walked into Red Knot, I was in awe of the unique and modern furniture and decor. It was hard to choose a style because there were so many amazing options but I opted for a classical modern glass desk and bookcase to match my modern industrial beach condos vibe. It’s easy to clean and just so minimal. The sales associate, Jason, was extremely helpful and professional from every aspect of helping! I’ve bwwn back since our first visit and purchased more furniture for my spa, including a black oak side table. I’ll be back this month to purchase more furniture, I’m definitely a fan.
