Isaac is an excellent example of great customer service. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and welcomed. He listened to what we said and he was very informative about the different options we were looking for a bed . I told him that we were looking for a new mattress and our budget was 499 to 1500 . He showed us 10 different options that were available in the store. My wife and I had a lot of fun trying to find the right one. I felt like Goldie locks . This one is too hard and this one is too soft and then this one is just right. I love the mattress! I’m ready to buy it. I’m wondering what is the remote control for? Isaac said it has many different options .He did a great job of explaining it to us. It was really helpful and he did a great job of up selling it. He also has some good recommendations on bed covers and warranty for the mattress. I went over double my budget . My wife and I are happy with our new bed and we will live happily ever...

We went to go to check on a bed. 🛌😊👍 Our sales person name was Justin Uejo. He was super friendly. 😄👍😊 At first we inquired on a cool queen size bed. 😎🛌👍 So we look around the floor and he showed us some nice bed. 🛌😊👍 Then I told he that we will be back later that day we wanted to think about it and maybe look around more since this was our first stop. 🤔😊👍 Then he started telling us about all the options we had. 🛌😊👍 So after listening to everything he was talking about. 👂😊👍 It just made us feel why keep searching, even if price was a little high everything that was offered to us we just went ahead with the purchase. 💰😊👍 One less thing to think about. 🤔😊👍 And we have know regrets on this purchase. 😊👍😄 Thank you so much Justin. 🙏😊👍 To whoever is reading this.
