I don't generally write reviews online. After reading the negative reviews on here, I was skeptical since several recent ones noted bad customer service or orders not being sent. My transaction, however, was flawless. I ordered nine jars of peanut butter from North Shore Goodies on Tues. Here it is Fri and I have thhe box at my door, on the east coast no less. Everything arrived in good condition (no leaks, good packaging) and I can't wait to dig into my coconut peanut butter. While I do think the flat rate shipping is a bit high (it's the same whether you order one jar or 25 - they say you can put up to 25 of the 10 oz size jars in one box - but the box used for mine must have been smaller and therefore they probably paid less shipping than i paid them), there was a coupon to offset some of the cost and I ordered enough for myself and as gifts to make it worthwhile. My order was jammed into a too small shipping box with little or no packing materials (to apparently save on postage) and when my order arrived, the glass jar lids had been dented on 3 jars and were leaking their sticky contents. Numerous emails have been exchanged since then, with vague, misleading, and empty promises to make good on those 3 jars, but I've heard nothing in months, so I'm writing this negative review. If Myriam Ramos or the owner is listening, I can't believe how terrible your customer service is and how you manage to stay in business (assuming you still are). I even sent you pictures, at your request, of the damage and packaging, so you could advise your outsourced shipper of the. Read moreThey are getting one star because the product is absolutely amazing...but the customer service is abhorrent! If they are going to advertise to Hollywood, they better get it together. I placed an order on August 6, my card was charged on August 7...a month later...then on September 5, they sent me an email that my packages (made 2 $300 orders) had been shipped and I would receive in 3 days. When tracking the orders, it tells me that the items have not even been received by the USPS yet. For the last 5 weeks, I have called and emailed at least 10-12 times with not one response. This is uncalled for...obviously people are buying the product, hire more people or more efficient people. I still do not know where my products are and I cannot reach anyone to get a response.
