Took my cousin here for her first complete set of makeup and brushes. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful, but Isabella stood out and helped the most by far! She has such an eye for color and was able to get my cousin color matched, as well as taught her how to use the different products. We left feeling like we were really taken care of and- most importantly, my cousin looks AMAZING! Isabella is very knowledgeable about different brands and skin types and was able to get my cousin set up with just the right tinted moisturizer, brow gel, blush, highlighter, mascara, lip tint and setting powder. I walked in about 10am today 2/15/23 and was met by a sales person. I wanted to exchange a product my sister bought for me before Christmas day and presented it to me on Christmas day. The young woman's disposition seemed generally indifferent OVERALL. I told her I wanted to exchange the pencil eyeliner/eyebrow shaper for a lighter shade. The packaging of the item I wanted to return was UNBROKEN. SHE looked at the receipt I provided to her and said the product could not be returned, as they don't make exchanges if it's over 2 months since the date of purchase, BUT I received it Christmas day 2022. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!!!??? I WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND WITH ANY FUTURE PURCHASES. IT'S A RIP OFF AN..CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS...

We took our fourteen year old granddaughter in to Sephora on December 6th at the Pearlridge location. She’s a bit shy and I definitely didn’t know how to get her started with age appropriate foundation and natural products to make her feel good and confident about makeup applications. All of the specialists on the floor are knowledgeable and friendly. Shay immediately presented himself, listened to what we were looking into and guided us to the best recommendations. He also communicated directly with my granddaughter. He not only applied the makeup, he guided her through doing the some of it herself. He definitely made it fun. Thanks Sephora.
