Echoing the other reviews re: unhelpful and unkind staff and management. Was trying to exchange a Stanley that was a gift and didn’t have the receipt (when purchased they told the gift giver that they could do the exchange with their info and didn’t need to provide them with a receipt). The staff was rude and acted put out by having to interact with me. When I asked for the manager’s information to relay info about my experience with a particularly rude employee, she replied she was the manager and that she “didn’t really need that information”. The outcome wasn’t what I’d hoped but the unhelpful/rude staff are what actually is disappointing. It’s also concerning that the information they told the gift giver was incorrect re: returns. Will be spreading the word about this experience to friends and family who go there or are considering going there. I would recommend purchasing your items directly through the vendor who makes the item (ex: Jellycat, Stanley, etc.) and not giving Uncharted...

They have a little of everything and beyond. They have a lot of selections for really unique gift ideas especially with the holiday season fast approaching. They even have a really cool water station in which apparently you can bring your cool water bottle and fill it up with interesting flavors for free. Read moreI have come to this store twice for Jellycats. Their selection is exquisite. They have the viral and sold out Jellycat Luxe Bunny, Scarlett, which I appreciate! The employees are nice and very welcoming. The store is perfect for gifts especially gift baskets. I love everything about it. I know the store just opened so I only recommend more cashiers.
