I come to this location at least one a week, being as it’s close to work and usually a friendly and delicious spot. I visited said spot last Monday 9/30 after 5pm. I order the same thing every time so I’m aware when the taste isn’t the same. I didn’t realize until I left and was on my way to work, I was already late so I called instead of driving back to address my issue. I had talked to a man I can remember his name, he was kind and at first offered for me to come back in and have my order remade. I expressed that I was already late to work and I couldn’t come in, he said that was okay and that he would let the managers and team members know my name so I can come in for my replacement in the future. Fast forward to today. I was on lunch at the job that was near this location, figured it would be a nice to get my replacement as I didn’t want to wait too long so have it be forgotten. I walk in and get ignored right off the bat, eventually I get noticed. Get asked what my order was and before I order I relay the message that was given to me, and the dusty mike Tyson mouf gap toothed broad at the counter was extremely rude. Having worked with food and customer service in the past I don’t know why some 40 old lady made a big stink over a freaking smoothie. She said I can come back at 1 when her manager was in. I’m not dedicating my entire lunch break to getting this smoothie. Like I’ve stated I’ve worked as a team member for similar establishments and there are many other options than being a rude dusty ugly person. I could care less about the smoothie at this point, but a simple conversation with her higher up or politely explaining the situation would of been a lot better than what she had done. This place needs to work on their customer service and supply their workers with mints because ol girls...
Read moreI Don't know what's up with younger generations, but nobody says, Hello, thank you or your welcome anymore. So many businesses now expect you to tip. I enjoy tipping, and I tip decent... but here, never a "Thank you" or hardly a smile. I handed two dollars to the cashier for only one drink... just a blank stare in return and careless. A couple employee's here care, but I'm finding another juice place to go. Generally, the service is minimally acceptable, but don't like the music they play here... I don't think rap and ghetto music is appropriate for buisness and certainly don't like unfriendly or careless front end people. Please, thank you and friendly spirited employee's should always be paramount in customer service businesses....especially, in a nitch type buisness, like juice and smoothie shops.. they need as much buisness as possible to get noticed and to get people...
