The customer service here is unbeatable! Even during the insanely bust Pet Palooza hours, I still had 3 employees throughout my shopping trip that went above and beyond for me on so many levels!
My dog's food has been bought out by another company and apparently the formula is changing. This is a big deal because she has ulcers and food sensitivities. They listened to what she couldn't have, asked about her tummy issues, and were able to find me a good option to switch her to. If that wasn't enough, they went on their system and saw that the Freeland store was the only location that had her normal food left. They immediately called down there and ordered me the only 2 bags left for an easier transition on my dog. The manager himself, drove the bags an hour to this store and I received a call within a couple hours stating that it was ready for pickup.
Without hesitation, one employee carried the heavy bags to my car without me even having to ask. This stood out to me because while I am young and appear to be able bodied, I have a plethora of physical limitations and this prevented me from enduring more pain.

But I asked my husband when I got home, he sent me there for pet related items and he said, "I forgot to tell you, those dusty old women are RUDE RUDE RUDE." So perhaps not my color😳 he is white.
BUT....the gentleman outside pumping gas, Yes Virgina they have a full service gas station, we SO kind and FUNNY.
I will be back for the full service gas, I will never purchase anything from inside this store again.

I was attempting to speak with her about potential employment opportunities for members of our community and simply asking if I could speak with a manager or someone in charge of hiring. Instead I was told that they were not willing to speak with me about any opportunities. It is clear this is NOT an equal opportunity employer. I am really disappointed by this.
