No privacy at ALL. Went to a new Dr and he faxed over a new prescription today while I was there. Arrived at Walgreens three hours later. Very rude as she looked up my name and told me I wasn't in the system. Eventually she found me and asked what prescription I was looking for. As I was in the middle of answering she yelled out what it was for. My husband was with me but he was an aisle away shopping and he could hear her. Everyone waiting in line and probably most of the store now knew my prescription, which is an embarrassing feeling. She then said she didn't receive anything and that we sent a message to the Dr. I tried to ask which DR. Prescription of a different type from a brand new DR. I didn't want them to contact the wrong one. She then yelled saying "we don't have anything" and stating my prescription again. Again my husband could hear that as he continued to shop. I was absolutely dumbfounded by the pharmacy workers actions. I didn't know how to respond so I didn't say anything and walked out so she could be rude to the next person.
Honestly never experienced such disrespect and lack of privacy before. Switching over to a new pharmacy tomorrow. Don't go here if you value getting your prescription and...

When I got there they said I could not pick it up, apparently something wrong with their system. I tried getting the order canceled and they couldn't even find it. What? Called the toll free customer service and they also said nothing they could do, had to wait for the charge to fall off since it would be canceled within 3 days if not picked up. 4 days later they call me to ask if I picked up part of my order because items are missing??? š¤¦āāļø You mean the items that were omitted from the order because they weren't in stock? Goodness, this place needs to get it together. DO NOT order curbside pickup from them, it's the BIGGEST waste of time. I'm out $40 and all of my patience. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a prescription sent from my doctor to the pharmacy, I got a text confirmation that one of my orders was canceled (wasnāt expecting this one to go through) and the other was processing (I was told this one would go through fine as it was an inhaler). I never heard anything else, so I called back days later and the lady was extremely rude and told me there was no record of my order. She acted like I was crazy and made it very clear that she blamed me for the issue. I donāt remember her name, but the call was just around 9:00 a.m, 09/16/24. I called the hospital I go to, and they said the order went through to Walgreens the first time, but sent it again to be sure. It went through again with the same confirmation as before, over text. The customer service I received was awful, and the lady who I spoke with should be talked to about her attitude. There should also be some sort of system that better organizes orders and information as they completely lost (if not that, lied) about...
