I received the wrong chair. This has become the least of my frustrations. I have a store about 15 minutes away from my house, so I took the chair into the Roosevelt Office Depot. When I tried to exchange the chair, the customer service rep said that's not how things work and that he couldn't simply exchange the chair. He had to flag the manager of the store and the manager never even came close enough to introduce himself, he just called out, "What's the problem?" The customer service rep said, "They delivered the wrong chair." He said to the rep, "Find out if we have the right one in stock." The rep said they were out of the chair and there was nothing he could do to help me out. He said to call the number on the receipt. I took the chair back home and called the customer service line. Long hold, so I went online to speak through a chat feature. The rep said that I had to put in a return order on the item for Office Depot to come pick up the chair, but since the item was no longer in stock there was nothing else they could do. I looked up the item on the website and there are plenty in stock at other store fronts, so I called and had another location hold the chair for me. During the call he said he couldn't accept the chair I had since it would throw off his inventory. I don't understand why that if they had the store in stock that I couldn't just have.a new one sent to my house. Then I wouldn't have to worry about refunding my card and putting a new purchase back on my card. So redundant!I put in a refund for the chair and they will be picking it up next week. Debating if I should even go into the store to purchase a new chair and give you anymore business than you deserve for giving me the run around for...
