Man am I grateful that these guys are here. I had a protective cover on my iPad, but I smashed it anyway. I really did think it was a done deal and I would have to get a new one and they’re so expensive I really wouldn’t have been able to. I looked these guys up and figured “what the heck“. Seriously what do you have to lose. So I brought it in and Robbie said “it’ll be ready in two days“. Within 24 hours I had a text message It was ready. He told me that they’re super busy but man that was quick. The folks there were so professional and so quick that I was shocked. It’s really hard to find good service AND good customer service in the same place but let me tell you if I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thank you guys. Now I’ve have to bring the computer I dropped. and I think they can fix it. I thought that was a done deal but now I don’t think so. I didn’t even think the price was bad. A new iPad is really expensive and mine has a lot of years to go, and I thought that I wasn’t gonna be able to use it. So the people were nice, the service was fast, they fixed my favorite iPad, it wasn’t that expensive, and I didn’t have to buy a new one. Definitely go to these guys if you have a problem with Your pads, computers or phones. I’m really happy I know that This business is right in Ocala. This was our third trip to Tech Bros in two months. We were new customers when we first came in for a dead battery. The second trip was 29 days later, when that battery failed—still under warranty. We picked it up the same day, and while it powered on, the screen soon turned green at home.
We returned again today for a third attempt to fix what was clearly caused during their repair. At checkout, they framed it like they were doing the right thing and “taking care of it” for us. But when we got in the car and turned the phone on, a new white flashing light started going off. This wasn’t just unresolved—it was a final slap in the face.
In retrospect, each time we went to Tech Bros, we experienced more damage. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and dismissive.
When we insisted that they fix the damage, they threatened to post our texts online like transparency would somehow make us look like the bad guys. Classic deflection tactic - trying to intimidate and discredit us because they know they’ve mishandled this, and we're holding them accountable.
They broke my daughter's iPhone and then sent us a bill for an extra $150 to fix it.
Save yourself the grief and go to a reputable company....
Read moreAMAZING SERVICE & BEYOND PATIENT. Can’t say enough! I had a 2007 Mac that started having issues 6 yrs ago. Long story short, I lost my pictures. Even though I had a close friend retrieve the pictures, my iPhoto app constantly had ongoing issues. I spent the last 6 years taking my computer to 2 repair shops in Miami, 2 in Ocala, & 3 times at the Apple Store. Right before giving up with just a few pictures saved on an external and no videos of the kids growing up, I heard of a new “Mac Only” repair shop.
Bottom line the hard-drive was corrupt, Jon performed a miracle and recovered EVERYTHING!!!!!! I basically cried when I saw videos that I hadn’t seen in 6 years. They were beyond patient, extremely friendly and totally understanding of how I wanted my new iPhoto app set up. Not only did Jon help me with my new laptop, he even sat with me to show me step by step how to get it the way I wanted it. I have called twice after picking it up for simple questions and he has, again, been beyond helpful, patient & so attentive. If they close or retire, I won’t know what to do with myself. I will never take my Mac to anyone else again!!!
