Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ocala

Picked my brother up, last minute pizza, he calls on speaker phone, young lady on the phone, I am asking specials. She seems kinda new so I ask for someone else, older woman on line. In my mind thinking I was like a pizza box with cheese bread or something like that simple. After even telling her this is not what I want my brother gets upset with me he's hungry & me just not hearing what sounds great but okay it's more for him anyway. He goes in it's like$ 17.00 about he says we have to get double bread sticks for this deal, saying no who's gonna eat them we need cheese ones. FINALLY he comes our, over it and tired he opens the bread sticks ( not cheese good ones ) as I pictured & nasty dry. Finally about 10 ish mins we get home. Still not feeling this pizza stuff cause it's yucky, we open the box & this tops the cake.. Have not worked pizza in about 35 years personally I would never send this out. It's burned &...

Generally comes through for me pretty well in a consistent fashion, expect for my delivery tonight. Pizza was barely warm and looked like it went for a 20 or 30 minute joy ride before arriving at my door. Cold and dead. There was no color to my pepperoni or to the mushrooms. The grease wasn't even dripping off it any more.

I was excited to try the stuffed garlic knots. They could have been really good had they been warm as well. The cheese reminded me of a once hot cheese stick where the cheese used to be hot and stringy but not any more. Because it got cold. I guess I just got used to receiving good product from you, usually anayways. I don't know if it was just super crazy busy and you guys were getting a beat down or something else entirely but my pizza was definetly a victim.

This is saddens me Pizza Hut on SW College Road. :(

2 stars... redemption for 5 stars...

I ordered online and it went pretty smooth. BUUUTTT.... When u arrive at Pizza Hut, u need to call the store. I promise you....it rang like 15 times before the message guy tell u about the hours of the sore, that pizza hut is hiring and every single deal in the world. I actually looked at my phone counter and it was 2 min and 42 seconds before it rang as if someone was going to pick up the phone, but the message guy came back on and the message started over. Phone rang some more like 15 times (keep in mind, I parked directly in front of the store and could see in there) when someone finally answered. If the phone was ringing in there, the employees didn't move or act like the phone was ringing!! The food was DELICIOUS and the man that brought my food curbside was very nice but the phone message needs to be fixed...
