Not sure how I feel about this place. There was a lot of good things about Sky Zone (which I will talk about) but the bad just had such a huge impact on my overall experience.
Pros: SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a blast! It was such a workout and I felt it for days. I felt like a kid again. The staff at the front counter was nice and helpful :) Also, the whole place is decorated and painted amazingly. It was very up to date and I loved the party rooms I saw. I wish this existed 15 years ago when I was having birthday parties. The food was good too. (Typical tasting concession stand food, but I LOVE concession stand food!!!) Also, the guy who was in charge of the dodge ball arena was nice, but he didn't help make the teams fair or enforce many dodge ball rules. He was super sweet though and enjoyed his job.
Cons: EXPENSIVE! This place is outrageously priced. It isn't really worth the cost if you ask me. I did have a blast but the there are plenty of other places to have fun at and at a cheaper cost. Also, the place is kind of dangerous. I did sign a waiver and I was 100% okay with that! But, I would hate for someone to become paralyzed because of this place. I have heard of many people breaking limbs here and thats understandable, but you could really break your neck here and that is scary. Also, on the main trampoline area, there is places that are SOLID! Omg, I was jumping so high and then jumped over to the next square and BOOM! I completely collapsed and fell to my knees. They buckled so fast. I did find it funny but it would be nice to have like a big red STOP sign on it instead of just a white X. No one knows what that means!?!?!? That could have been so bad but I was fortunate enough to be ok. HOWEVER, my BIGGEST problem was with the concession stand staff. I had ordered fries and was told it would be a 10 min wait. I was ok with that. I am not lying when I say I WAITED OVER 45 MINS for my fries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that it was over 45 mins, because I was sitting at the tables and looking straight ahead at the door....there is a clock right above the door. I watched it and the mins passed by. At first, I wasn't too upset because I really needed a break from jumping but when 30 mins had gone by, I said something to my friend. She is a manager of a fine dinning restaurant and was telling me how this service was unacceptable. I kept telling her to keep her voice down and that the food will come soon. I finally let her go up there and complain because I reaaaallllly wanted my fries. I was starving. A manager came out and they argued. he didn't care and was being rude. She came back to my table and told me he was going to refund me my fries. I wasn't expecting a refund so I was happy. I just wanted my fries! She came back and I asked if he was making fries and she said she wasn't sure and that he had just walked away after the return. We waited and waited and STILL NO FRIES! She walked back up there and asked where the fries were. He said "I gave you a refund. what makes you think you are getting fries???" OMG how rude! Anyways, He gave us fries after we argues with him and they were still popping with oil they were so hot. I couldn't even eat them. Now, I had been waiting an HOUR for one order of fries! I literally turned around and gave them to a group of boys. I wasn't trying to be rude, but I had no safe place to put the fries until they cooled down. This place is WAAAYYYYYYY to expensive to waist an entire HOUR for a order of food. If I would have known it would have been that long, i would of went and jumped but I was told over and over again by a girl at the counter that the fries " are coming and on the way". The girl cooking was the same girl at the front counter. She was too busy to keep running back and forth to help both lines so the concession stand was neglected. Maybe hire more people sky zone???!!!!!!!? and consider...
Read moreWorse place ever!!! Had my son's birthday party here last night that I booked 2 months in advance....When I originally booked it with the manager Gil he was in such a hurry to get off the phone that I was not told about the email sent to me or explained about waivers that needed to be signed by the kids parents attending the party...I was also told that we would have a host for the 2 hours of our party....
I originally booked the party for 7:30, when I called yesterday in the morning to ask when I could come in to decorate the room, the owner (Hon) told me my party was not at 7:30, it was at 8:30, I immediately got frustrated and told him it had to be at 7:30 since it was to late for me to notify everyone of the change in time, this owner was rude to me over the phone and started to raise his voice...
I thought of cancelling the party because of his unprofessionalism but I did not want to disappoint my son and thought maybe it could get better....WRONG!!! It got worse....When I.got to the place I got there 40 minutes before and the only girl at the counter was with another party that was at 7....I stood there for 15 minutes before she looks at me and tells me to go to the computer and fill out waivers for all the kids...After I spent another 10 minutes doing that, I went back to the counter and the girl was still busy with other parties....I decided to.go.to.my party room and start decorating before guests start arriving and was flustered because I still had no host to help me, direct me, or tell me how this worked....After my guests arrived and it was 8 pm, we still were trying to get all.the kids glow in the dark tshirts and socks..They were out of colors and sizes so the kids had to get the leftover tshirts..
Then the girl was unable to track all the kids in the computer and the owner comes to.the counter just to yell at her...when I mention to him I was not happy with how unorganized his place was and how it was not worth $500 , he immediately got defensive and started to argue with me...I could not believe how unprofessional and RUDE he was .....
He treated his workers like slaves and we barely even seen our host....These 2 girls had to run the front, all the parties, and make the pizzas....
When I asked to speak to him at the end of the party, he just decided to argue with me instead of handling our situation in a kind and concerned manner....He is a complete shark!! Please beware!!!!
This place is overpriced, very unorganized, and not worth half the price of what we paid....
I will never give him my...
Read moreI took our daughter to SkyZone last night, Friday, June 24 and as I was leaving inquired about a 30 day pass they had on a flyer at their register. The young lady, Leah, who worked there said they actually had a Memorial Day Special going on where you got 60 minutes a day from June 1- July 31 that I could buy. She went to ring me up and noticed it was not in the system yet. She then, got the manger, HAN, who told us that they did not go on sale until today, Saturday, June 25. I explained to him that we lived over 45 minutes away and he said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. We then asked what time they opened and was told 10am, we told him we would be there then. As he walked away, the employee, that he trains, told us that we could purchase the pass via phone in the morning so we did not have to drive all the way back there the next day. I called in promptly at 10am and Megan answered the phone. Explained what Leah had told me she asked me to hold and that she would be right back to help me with the pass. She then returned and said that she was unable to do it via phone because they needed a photo of my child. I then asked if we could pay for the pass now over the phone and that I would bring her up later today to get her photo taken, again I was told no. I asked to speak to the manager, and HAN got on the phone. He was belittling me because I trusted HIS employee. I tried explaining to him that it was not my fault that his employee again gave me incorrect information and that I was happy to pay for it over the phone now and bring her in later for her photo. As I was trying to speak, he was talking over me with a raised voice telling me he told me last night that he had limited passes available and I needed to come in and that I should not have trusted his employee. I even at one point had to ask him to stop talking so that I could speak. First, this was absolutely NO way for a manger to speak to a paying customer. Second, as a manager, it is his responsibility to ensure that his employees are trained with the correct information. Quite frankly, it is NOT about the money. In fact, I just found on your website that I can purchase the same pass for just $30 more, which HAN never mentioned and it would have saved me from having to deal with this. This is about your management team at this location and their lack of customer service skills and ability to train their employees. His behavior was rude and...
