THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE KEEPS GETTING WORSE
WARNING: THEY DON'T HAVE A GOOD MEXICAN PIZZA
This particular Taco Bell location simply serves as the worst example the franchise can give us. The food is poorly and slowly prepared. The order is always wrong or has items forgotten. The order always takes no less than 15 minutes to be served. These are examples of things that happen every time. Not sometimes. The service is terrible, when you can get it. The employees all remain camped in the back (yes, usually on the phone, you know the drill) long after you have walked in, expecting you to just use the kiosk to order. Nobody will come to the register unless you make extra effort to get their attention, and then make you feel as if you have inconvenienced them. Even app orders are neglected and you have to wait a very long time. The atmosphere of this location? Bland, dreary. Half of the tables are always dirty. The floor gets mopped maybe once during every shift. The supplies are always low-The staff is always high.
These are the employees that serve as an argument against a $15/hour minimum wage.
I've always liked Taco bell. I've always understood that Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant, I don't expect gourmet meals or a fine dining experience. However, this particular location fails at providing even a basically pleasant dining experience.
It is a shame. I keep trying to go back because they are the only Taco Bell in my area, but I don't know that I can continue trying much longer.
I work hard for my money, and feel I deserve a decent meal and decent service in exchange for it.
It's a shame I had to leave a star, I feel as if they...
Read moreI've ate at Taco Bell Faithfully for 30 years I would say there's times I've ate there probably three times a day and I hate to admit that sometimes I ate there almost every day of the week here lately the last few years I'd say I'd I eat a taco maybe four or five times a week maybe sometimes twice in the same day Taco Bell's just got to where there extremely overpriced you buy something when it comes out got a lot of meat on it but then after it's out for a while there's hardly anything on it even just get a soft taco and there was nothing on it you complain to him and make sure all that's all the meat that comes on it you have two tacos and both of them does not have the same amount of me. One's got more than one got left so there's there's no consistency with it it's got to the point now to where you go there for so understaffed they're always out of something and the food just does not taste good anymore I have a 9 year old son that got to where he started liking the Mexican pizza you're likely he's got to the point to work he don't even want to go there anymore because it's disgusting so I don't know what's happened to Taco Bell as far as I'm concerned I'm done with them there's a lot of other restaurants out there's a whole lot better and really you get down to it if you go there and feed your family at Taco Bell what time you get the price tag you could have went to a real fancy restaurant and be almost the same amount of money got a lot better quality food in a lot better...
Read moreAllow me to explain this - 1st, I do not write reviews, but this restaurant deserves a scathing one. I live and work pretty close to this one, so it's simple and easy for my family and I to come here when we want it. This won't be long, I'll make it short and simple. I spent nearly $30 on 6 food items and 2 large drinks. What I received was extremely horrible guest service, an uncooperative shift leader and cold food, all of which was in stark contrast of what Taco Bell is known for. Not to mention, there was hair and dried out chicken pieces in the food. I called the restaurant once we realized what was happening, no one answered the phone. I called a total of 8 times between 10 pm and midnight. Needless to say, no one answered. I tried again this morning, guess what? No answer. At this point, I'm taking this unbelievably unedible food back to Taco Bell, contacting the corporate office, as well as Taco Bell itself (being that this is a franchise), I feel it's important to be transparent in situations like these. I want my $29 back, and this restaurant can have this bag of cold food I was given, in return. If anyone from Taco Bell corporate wants to reach out, I'm available to share even...
