This is my first time using A to Z Wireless Cellphone & Tablet Repair Service. I talked to Iverson who’s the owner for this company on the phone first before I drove over this afternoon at 6 p.m. Iverson quoted me the price of $100.00 to do a stress test on my Apple IPhone XR Version 10 Cell Phone Battery Replacement and he also told me he usually charged a extra fee for cleaning my Microphone but Iverson told me today he will not charge me anything. The cleaning service for my microphone battery will be included with the $100.00 he quoted out to me today. There are only 2 people who wirk in this store. It’s Iverson the owner and I was serviced by Denise. Denise told me today she has worked for Iverson for 10 years now. Denise was very knowledgeable about completing the repair and installing my Apple IPhone XR version 10 battery in my cell phone. Denise told me it’s going to take her (30 minutes) to replace my cell phone battery with they’re new battery. I noticed on my Apple IPhone there s a message that comes up now. My Apple IPhone XR doesn’t recognize this New Cell Phone Battery that was installed today at 6 p.m. I will have to call this A to Z Wireless Cellphone & Tablet Repair Company on Tuesday morning and discuss this issue with Denise. I also asked Denise to show me their new cell phone cases in the Azmour Brand and there are 2 different types. The first type has a grab handle on the back . The second type has a Ring on the back where I can stand my Apple IPhone XR up sideways. The price on this Red Ring Azmour Cell Phone Case with the Tempered Glass Screen wth to black ring in the back is $34.95. My total cost was $140. 95. Dense asked me for basic information when I walked into their store. Denise asked me for my email address and my cell phone number. Then Dense , then she asked me, would I like my sales receipt emailed to me or sent to me by a text message? I told Denise I want her to send my receipt to me from er text message. Denise said sure. After Denise installed my new cell phone battery , then Denise spayed a solution on my micro phone and she wiped it off with a soft cloth. Iverson this owner said since my Apple IPhone XR is 5 years old now my cell phone battery should have been replaced after 2 years later. And that’s the reason my Apple IPhone XR is dropping my phone calls and my battery has been reducing its charge quickly after one hour later. I have issue w my iPad Pro 2018 version. It would not turn on or off only flashing Apple appeared when charging. After 3 weeks of working 15 time on phone with Apple Care- which they only preferred you to Apple Genius bar locally for help, went 3 times to Apple Genius Bar - they only preferred you to trade in for new one, keep saying "Nothing we can do !!!!" Announced " your iPad is dead". All they do is pushed the sale. No intention to look into the problem or suggesting any repair. At this point I love to call them "IDIOT bar " instead, they have no knowledge on technical of the equipment. Soon as I got preferred to Iverson- A-Z Wireless Cellphone. 1st chat with Iverson, expressed the issues with my Ipad Pro. He immediately assess the problems, explained in detail. Give estimated of repair cost, how long it would take to repair. Best part is he s had tons of experience with Ipad Pro, open many screens to work inside with the circuit board. I felt totally at ease,, drove from PB to his place,, got my Ipad awaked n working properly again, return time was only 3 days. Cost a fraction of what Apple s Bar slapped. He s totally a Genius and deserved the title. So knowledgeable n skillful on his repairs. My Iphone 6 stopped working would not turn on. My problem started slowly. My battery level would show 50%-75% then my phone would die and the battery would show 1%. I would plug it in and it would be good for a little while. then one day it would not turn back on. I took my phone to the Apple store in Carlsbad. They did a diagnoses on my phone and told me it was not the battery and they could not get my phone to turn back on. But they could sell me a new one. I purchased a new phone (Iphone XR). I took my old Iphone 6 to A to Z and within 5 minutes he told me it was the battery. Within 30 minutes my phone charging system, replaced the battery and explained everything while I was there talking to him and asking him a bunch of questions. I was really surprised when he installed a new battery ($20) and my phone turned on like new. The diagnoses and battery total cost was $65. It would have been much less but I insisted he do a diagnosis on the charging system. Needless to say I returned the Iphone XR I had just purchased.
