Today, my spouse and I had the pleasure of visiting RAGESCAPE Rage & Escape Rooms and I must say, it was an experience that left a lasting impression! While part of my rating is based on actually being able to aggressively alleviate stress in a safe and controlled environment, the main reason for my rating boils down to how I felt during my visit.
Welcoming Atmosphere
From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that made me feel right at home. The staff truly excel in creating a welcoming environment. Each team member I encountered was not only friendly but also attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our visit. Their positive demeanor and willingness to assist made the atmosphere feel inviting and comfortable. Unlike other interactions I have had, this interaction did not feel transactional and each member of the staff took the time to engage in conversations about my interests and goals as well as sharing some of their own experiences and thoughts. That says a lot about who they are not only as individuals but also as a team. It’s not about money for them and it shows. I love that!
A Minor Delay
While our appointment was slightly delayed, it was clear that this was due to circumstances beyond the staff's control. Regardless, they handled the situation with grace, keeping us informed and ensuring that we felt valued during our wait. Their professionalism in managing the delay only added to my appreciation for their service.
Clear Structure
The processes were well-defined, allowing us to navigate through each step without confusion. Whether it was their informative materials or the structured schedule, everything contributed to a smooth flow that kept me engaged and informed.
Conclusion
Overall, my visit to RAGESCAPE Rage & Escape Rooms was delightful. The combination of a warm welcome and attentive service made for a memorable experience. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking to release stress in a safe, healthy fashion while also enjoying and appreciating a friendly, family like and...
Read moreI recently visited this rage room for the first time to celebrate my friend's birthday, and it was an intriguing experience for just the two of us. The reservation process was smooth as my friend had booked our session online. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the check-in desk, where we scanned a QR code and completed an online waiver. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
After checking in, we were led to a back room to watch a safety instructional video. Once informed, we suited up in coveralls, I'd recommend sizing up for better mobility, plastic gloves with a thicker pair for added hand protection, and a hard hat with a protective shield. They also hung a birthday banner hung for my friend and we snapped a few photos before entering the rage room.
We were given the choice to pick three items from a case to break; I opted for two plates and a wine glass. Meanwhile, our other two friends, who chose not to participate, comfortably watched the live stream from the lobby couch.
Inside the rage room, we were allowed to connect our own music via Bluetooth to the speaker (make your own for 20min) although the volume was somewhat restricted.
The room featured a variety of tools such as a shovel, crowbar, and hammer; however, I was disappointed by the lack of a baseball bat. The setup included plastic crates and large empty drums along one wall, though frustratingly, banging them was not allowed. In addition to the three chosen items, there were empty bottles provided for breaking, but I expected a greater variety of breakable objects. I was eager to release energy by smashing things repeatedly, yet the selection was limited to our items, some glass bottles, two tires, and a half-broken metal chair.
Overall, the experience was enjoyable and unique, but it didn't fully meet my expectations due to a limited supply of items to smash. Nonetheless, it's an innovative concept and worth trying for stress relief and a bit of fun...
Read moreLet me just start by saying this place was very fun and the staff was super kind and helpful. The experience was a lot of fun for me and my girlfriend we went to get our rage on and rage we did. They give you plenty of bottles to throw or smash or knock over like a carnival game. But before you even go in they have you well equipped with a suit so feel free to dress as light as possible. Because once you put on the suit and gloves and helmet and start whacking you’ll get very hot very fast haha. But while you are getting dressed to go in once you’re done they kindly offer either four glass to choose to smash or a key board and one glass. Which my girlfriend chose the keyboard and it was a blast to watch her bash it over and over again. Also if you can afford the package with a large item I highly recommend it was so much fun smashing apart a dish washer and seeing your results. Over all I highly recommend going it was really fun and easy to understand plus they had plenty of weapons to choose from to use from super light to...
