I love Dunkin’ Donuts as a company, I think the coffe & food is great and the vibe is usually great too. However, at this location, I don’t feel like they have good customer service, some of the baristas have even been blatantly rude to me. I used to visit this location every morning and only ONCE did I leave feeling like the staff was kind to me. That’s sad, and I understand that these guys come into work super early in the morning and that may be part of the reason they aren’t super nice but I just wish they could remember that ALL customers do deserve respect, and that customer service is a big part of the Dunkin experience. My days start off with grabbing some coffee every single morning, and I would like it to be a pleasant experience. Which is why I had to stop visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts location on my way into work, I was having too many unpleasant experiences. Maybe its just me, or the fact that I was there so early in the morning, I’m not sure why these things happened, it’s irrelevant now though. I just wanted to share my experience as it may help others. I wish I could give 5 stars because the food & drinks are usually amazing. I’ve always loved Dunkin, and I’ve never had any complaints at ANY location, until now with this Oceanside blvd location. The customer service here was just nuts and so horrible. I have since found a different place to get coffee every morning and the difference is night & day. Read moreI wanted to like this place but they have lousy service and have no clue how to make lattes or frozen coffee drinks. Multiple times when ordering frozen coffee mocha swirl drinks they have left out the chocolate and had to audacity to insult my intelligence by saying they put chocolate in there when it's obvious that they didn't. Not listening to customers amounts to lousy service.
This morning at 5:10 AM I ordered a signature latte at the drive thru window and instead of getting a 12 oz latte that cost over $4 what I ended up with was a half filled cup of lukewarm coffee that tasted like hot cocoa mix was stirred into it. And your staff expects tips!? Seriously? No whipped cream despite the printout order on the cup.
Conning local residents and blatantly ripping them off isn't cool.
To the franchise owner: You must be high to not notice how bad your store is. Dunkin' Donuts is just another fast food establishment pretending to be a coffee place when clearly it's not. FYI, coffee places have baristas but that's not the case with Dunkin' Donuts, so stop pretending to be one and insulting potential customers with this off-white lie.

Read moreUPDATE - I come here all time and definitely recognized the woman who was at the counter when I ran into ask for the code for the bathroom so that I could use it... There were NO other customers in the store and she told me that the bathroom was only for customers. I told her that I buy stuff all the time and she stared at me and said no again. I only put two stars instead of one because the manager said "of course" when I asked him and he has always been very kind and accommodating, but this is not the first of the regular employees who I have had an issue with. The restaurant was also filthy today.
The matcha latte is good and it's usually pretty clean and well stocked. Today I was the only person in line inside, there were a couple cars in the drive through and two employees working. They only gave me half of my order and after a few minutes I went to ask about the other part because I figured maybe it was just cooking. The girl barely looked at me or said anything except a half hearted barely audible sorry. I said I would take a refund and got that without any acknowledgement about anything.
