This Friday that past on the 19 the of July I bought a stroller for $600 for my son's baby shower for the 21 the in Sunday , n I also bought a men's polo shirt for almost $70,: I went to customer service so they can gift wrapped my son's baby shower gift they said No !! , so I ask them why not , they said it was to big , like wow after I spend almost $700 !! I ask for a manager she agreed to gift wrap the gift , but when they finally finished gift wrapping the gift, they didn't want to help me with the gift to take it to my truck , finally Ii ask this older lady to help me she had some to help with the gift to the that young girl behind the counter didn't even try to call for some to help me , her attitude was she didn't care ,how very disappointing especially when u soen so much money at thst store, this happened around 1:00 after lunch this Friday that past the 21 st in Odessa tx so sad when people don't give a dam wow , I can't believe there actually worse than Walmart!!!!, shame on u Dillard's...

I went to a register after finding the items I wanted with no help from an employee and stood and waited for minutes and minutes while the employee just kept pretending to organize something after twice making eye contact.
The men's cologne counter was a little better but not by very much. At least I wasn't ignored or brushed off until they found out I wasn't wealthy. It was a whirlwind tour, ten different colognes in five seconds. Almost fainted reaching for the coffee shakers. Left nose blind for a while.
